  • Do we really have to do this promo? Seriously there isn't anyone who doesn't know the Sapphire Fiend.

Heck, even I grew up hearing the stories of the Azure Dynamo. My father and his father watched the movies. Remember Sapphire Fiend in The Invasion of the Undead? That was a classic! The way he took on that Necromancer and delivered a piledriver onto the coffin?

How old is he anyway? Those movies have been out for years, and he's not even slowing down! I heard he's been banned from winning the Moote Carlo championship belt again. Yeah yeah it became such a sure thing that they were rumoured to make sure he never won. Not even because the fans didn't like it - they like it more than ever! It's the bookies. Apparently they were leaving the town in droves since the closest they could get to a decent bet was who would lose against him first!

How are you still fiddling with the camera? You're not? What do you mean we've been rolling this whole time?!

If there's another wrestler in all of RUMBLESLAM that can match the Sapphire Fiend for sheer awesomeness, then... well I quite want to meet that wrestler, because this guy is already so awesome.

With no real weak spots on his statline (save for those unreliable Copper dice on DEF) and loads of Stamina, this guy really does have it all. Grapples, Rope Attacks, and a Turnbuckle move, he's the full package. The real winner (for my dosh) is Boo! This Rope Attack has Jump and Rocket, which means that provided he's near a rope, he can hit literally anyone in the ring.

Contains 1 resin miniature and 1 clear acrylic base. Acrylic bases will have coloured film on that needs removing before assembly.

  • This scary lady is full of gothic charm, and is torn between the worlds of the living and the dead. Part person, part spooky skeleton, and all-round badass! You seriously don’t want to get on the wrong side of Senora Muerte, lest she give you the Touch of Death!

Her fans are an unusual bunch, knowing full well she's just as likely to lash out at them instead of her opponent, taking them away to the Land of the Dead. They may go smiling, but are never seen again.

This lady is torn between the worlds of the living and the dead, with a hand in each. She’s also tough as nails!

She’s got a ton of dice, and a handy +1 to her DEF too. Favouring grappling moves, Senora Muerte can still bring the pain, especially with a Knockdown Turnbuckle Ability!

For someone literally called “Lady Death” it should come as no surprise that Senora is a HEEL. Her Crowd Pleaser allows her to make a deal with the devil, and bring everyone back to life! It automatically causes everyone to recover from KO, including enemy wrestlers. Enemies gain a Bleeding counter though, so when they start their activation they might just fall right back over again! Combined with the Danza de los Muertos, you can use Senora Muerte to great effect to gain a bunch of re-rolls and then recover without even having to roll.

Contains 1 resin miniature and 1 clear acrylic base. Acrylic bases will have coloured film on that needs removing before assembly.

  • The Cryptborn Nightmares are a team of extremes. One the one extreme are the skeletons: dime a dozen, but prone to collapsing into piles of bones. On the other extreme are the mummies: rock hard opponents that don't ever stay down for long – if you even manage to get them down in the first place! Teams from the Rolling Bones will find great longevity in these undead monsters.

Skeletons and Ork Skeletons aren't too worrying on the face of it, but their special abilities hit extremely hard. Just be careful not to put them against far superior opponents, or Brittle Bones will make them explode from a particularly savage beating!

Zombies and Mummies are some of the most reliable wrestlers in RUMBLESLAM. They have lots of power, and Rise From The Grave helps them to just keep going and going. Make sure to use those Crowd Pleasers!

Finally, the Werewolf is probably the best all round WEIGHT 3 wrestler in the game. Werewolves are quick and extremely efficient at throwing the opposing team out of the ring.

This box contains one of each: Skeleton, Orc Skeleton, Zombie, Mummy, and Werewolf. All resin miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled with unique character profile cards and clear acrylic bases. Note that clear acrylic bases may have a coloured peelable protective film. • What is there to say that hasn't already been said about the Fabulous Atoq? Most likely by the Fabulous Atoq. A showman beyond measure, none delight in his wild escapades more than the elf himself. Yet for everything said, so much is unknown.

None know where Atoq lives. He often visits Moote Carlo, staying for a few knights of exploits and wrestling before disappearing again. In the time he's there he will wow crowds with his dizzying speed. Almost dancing around the ring, the Fabulous Atoq uses his long cape to his full advantage, and so often a wrestler thinks they have him under the grapple before he slips out, leaving them grabbing nothing more than cloth.

Most mysterious though is the Fabulous Atoq's true identity. Elves are legendarily long-lived, and while it's possible that all of his many exploits are indeed the same Elf, that would make him either very lucky or very skilled or both!

The Fabulous Atoq is a wrestler unlike any other. Incredibly self-reliant, his statline speaks for itself! He has plenty of gold dice, a ridiculous Dexterity value, and a move of 6 (including the Skitter special rule). That puts him as one of the fastest wrestlers in the game. With +2 on his DEX you only have to roll a single 1 to not get thrown out, so that puts him safe as houses!

Able to Mark an opponent with his sigil by using a Crowd Pleaser, Fabulous Atoq makes an excellent assassin, able to re-roll blank dice against that wrestler for the round. Adding in his Wily ability to use DEX on a single roll for the round (on attacking or defending) and you have an excellent all-rounder!

Contains 1 resin miniature and 1 clear acrylic base. Acrylic bases will have coloured film on that needs removing before assembly.

  • The Green Bruisers are some of the biggest stars of the RUMBLESLAM arena. They're fast, they hit hard, and they don't let up! If you want a team that likes getting stuck in, regardless of what danger it poses to them, these greenskins are for you, and make an excellent choice for The Rolling Bones.

Goblin Brawlers and Goblin Grapplers do not hit hard. But getting them into a fair fight is not what they're for! They're quick and can do lots of actions a turn, meaning their special abilities will get lots of use. Of particular note is their Antagonise ability, which makes opponents slower and angrier!

Orc Bruisers and Orc Grapplers are the ones you want to be getting into combat! Hit first, and make it count. And if you can't reach the enemy, use their Da Boss ability to pick up goblins and throw them instead!

Trolls are big, blue, and mean. They have absolutely devastating special attacks, so make sure they're in the right place because they don't move fast. Their Regeneration ability helps them to stay in the fight long past most other wrestlers.

This box contains one of each: Goblin Brawler, Goblin Grappler, Orc Brawler, Orc Grappler, and Troll. All resin miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled with unique character profile cards and clear acrylic bases. Note that clear acrylic bases may have a coloured peelable protective film.

  • What happens when a bunch of orcs and goblins live in the deepest, dankest depths of Rolling Bones? Mushrooms!

The Mighty Madcaps add some weird and wonderful new plays. We advise against sitting in the front row if you don’t want to get spored!

A great team in themselves, the Mighty Madcaps make an excellent companion to the Green Bruisers. With five unique wrestlers, each brings something slightly different to your games of RUMBLESLAM. If you're looking to expand your greenskin collection, this is the perfect set!

The lightweight category is represented by the Cannonballer, who is excellent at being thrown as live ammunition; and the Sporing Gobloom, who dishes out negative counters all over the place with Debilitating Spores.

The Toadstool Peddlar is a bad Orc who loves nothing more than selling performance enhancing mushrooms to boost friendly wrestlers - mushrooms are pretty tricky though, so don't be surprised if something goes wrong! A Juicer is an orc who has taken one too many mushrooms and now the mushroom has taken complete control! It's an angry little mushy who is all about fighting and doesn't care much to defend itself.

Finally the set is rounded out with the massive Henchroom (seriously, pictures don't quite capture just how massive this monster is). Excellent at attacking, not so hot at defending, and excellent at shaking spores loose to give bonuses or penalties, depending on the situation. Plus, look at the tiny mushroom finger! WHAT!

Contains 5 resin miniatures with 5 clear acrylic bases, and 5 character cards. Acrylic bases will have coloured film on that needs removing before assembly.

  • “An exceptionally wealthy casino owner became lost during an oversea cruise and wound up on a skull shaped island that wasn’t depicted on any maps. The owner set out to explore with thirty armed guards and returned with only five a few hours later. A creature of pure rage tore through the bodyguards like they weren’t there. One by one they fell until a lucky tranquilliser dart hit the beast in the neck and slowed it enough for the surviving guards to subdue it.

The casino owner had never heard of an orc this feral before and saw her chance to profit from it. Shipped back to the mainland it wasn’t long before Waaarrior was unleashed on RUMBLESLAM, becoming an instant fan favourite.”

What can we tell you about Waaarrior that his card doesn’t say?

He’s got a meaty 2 Gold for his Attack, and Fury on half of his special abilities. This guys does a LOT of damage. His real power comes from the Orktimate Challenge. Use it to Daze an opponent and get a free Crowd Pleaser attempt. That Crowd Pleaser gives his Brawl attacks the Fury special rule too, meaning each successful Brawl generates a free attack! Headlock an opponent so they have 0 Defence and just unleash the fury!

Obviously Waaarrior fits perfectly with The Green Bruisers, but he also works in any Rolling Bones team, or any other team that requires an absolute monster of a wrestler. The Deadly Divas would really benefit from a damage dealing machine like Waaarrior, as would The Runic Thunder!

Resin miniature supplied unpainted and unassembled with a unique character profile card and clear acrylic base. Note that clear acrylic bases may have a coloured peelable protective film. Miniatures supplied with square bases.

  • “Contrary to his kind’s scary and angry nature, he has been known to play with his fans, carrying them on his shoulders as he walks about! Children love Andy and aspire to be as strong and tall as him when they grow up! But it is not wise to prod this slumbering titan. Even the calmest can lose their cool at times, but most don’t have punches that can break stone and arms thick as tree trunks!”

Big Andy is a great all-rounder superstar. He's not quite as dangerous as some (Trihorn, I'm looking at you), but his Dosh cost is barely higher than a regular Weight 3 wrestler. For that little bit more Dosh you get some incredible special abilities like Underhook Suplex and Body Slam which cause the all-powerful Knockdown. And because of his Walking Stupor passive ability, Big Andy is immune to the Dazed special rule, meaning he's very hard to take down.

Big Andy is a Free Agent, which means he can be used by a team from any casino without affecting their important Sponsorship Bonuses!

Wukong and Shorts endured years of arduous and painful training to master the ancient arts their master bestowed upon them. Their struggles were rewarded as they unlocked a strange and wonderful power. Harnessing this supernatural power, they arrived at RUMBLESLAM and took the ring by storm!”

The Dragonbrawlers are a force unlike any other in RUMBLESLAM. They work in perfect unison, and actually just get stronger the more you hurt them!

Wukong's Mana Bomb Turnbuckle Ability is a wonder to behold, becoming more powerful if he charges it up on top of the turnbuckle for a round. Shorts on the other hand has the high damaging Rope Ability Deadly Impact, which can hit almost any opponent, and dazes them for good measure.

Wukong and Shorts use their Hyperbolic Beatdown in tandem, using their mystical powers to smash opponents into the turnbuckle!

The Dragonbrawlers fight for Kaiser's Palace. They work perfectly with the Heavy Pounders, adding a whole slew of special rules to help the team. They also pair very well with a fine chardonnay... oh I mean the Cold Bloods. Sorry, forgot where I was for a second.

  • “What is that in the sky? Is it a bird? Is it a dragon? No! It’s Fable! His entrance into RUMBLESLAM is still spoken about to this day. It was during a match in which The Statesman was being beaten into the canvas by dirty tactics and unfair odds. Fable descended from high among the rigging overhead. The Divine Defender twisted through the air, wings pulled tight around himself before a spear of light smashed the opponents. A frantic roar filled the stadium as Fable single-handedly won the match!.”

Flying down from on high, Fable is here to leap off turnbuckle after turnbuckle.

He moves fast, he hits hard, and he has so many synergistic abilities. Get this: if he starts his activation on a turnbuckle, he may move to a different one for free (thanks to Gives You Wings). Then use his Angelic Double Axe Handle to deliver a heap of damage on your opponent (who can be across the entire ring thanks to High Flyer). If you pass his Crowd Pleaser, he gets back up onto a turnbuckle again, and if he fails, he gets Bounceback 2 back to safety instead! So you can almost always do a Turnbuckle Ability every round of the game. That’s pretty amazing!

Fable is a Free Agent, sent from above to help the worthy. Well, those that are worthy enough to pay his Dosh cost! Use him in any team without losing your Sponsorship Bonus. Try boosting the already potent Turnbuckle abilities of The Deadly Divas or The Timber Fists, or add some fast moving support to any other team!

  • “RUMBLESLAM sponsors heard tell of the shield maiden daughter of the leader of the dwarven people, and sent her an offer. At first she didn’t care for the sport, and was even going to turn it down before she heard whispers from her siblings:

"Girls can’t fight in that ring, leave it to the men."

After promptly and thoroughly beating her brothers, Gertha packed her bags.”

Gertha is a great all-rounder character, dealing out a lot of damage, with a whole host of special abilities too! A wrestler with access to Knockdown AND Devastating, this little lady is a superb choice in the ring. Her only downside is her slow speed, but the Shield Maiden Passive Ability goes a long way to mitigating that, as once per round she can swap places with a friendly wrestler within 3 squares when they're attacked, jumping right into the action!

A Kaiser's Palace wrestler with stunning Defence and high Stamina, Gertha works perfectly in conjunction with her dwarven bretheren in The Runic Thunder, but also suits a Cold Bloods team, jumping in the way of any Gekkos that get themselves into trouble!

There are few wrestlers in the ring that can match a natural charm and presence which have enthralled and captivated the hearts of countless viewers. He’s even been known to break the rules to deliver a better show for his adoring fans. If he sees that the crowd is getting bored, he’ll perform a dirty move, or kick an opponent when they’re down. Cheers or boos, he only wants to entertain, as that’s the only way to fill the seats of the arena!”

With one of the best Defence stats in the game, you know Granite is tough to deal with. Combined with his Stoneskin Passive Ability he's almost entirely impervious to Brawl attacks.

His real draw is the Face Heel Turn Passive Ability though. Granite can choose each turn to be a face or a heel, gaining a stat boost to go along with it. That gives him a lot of flexibility, starting off as a face and getting extra attack power, then finishing the match as a Heel when it's time to throw the opponent out. Or you can go for a Crowd Pleaser to have your cake an eat it too! If successful in wooing the crowd, Granite may choose both choices, gaining extra attack and grapple, and getting the HEEL special rule too! Now that's a walking mountain with flexibility!

Granite the Free Agent is indeed free to join any casino without affecting Sponsorship Bonuses. He could team up very well with the Golem from a Runic Thunder team (double the Stoneskin!), or could join in with The Cold Bloods for a little one-man flexibility that can hold his own without relying too heavily on the rest of the lizards for support.

His father and two brothers operate with lightning speed and pinpoint precision, a fighting-style far different to his own. Unhappy with the graceful moves of his household, the loco-luchador favours raw power. Possessing a large build he decided to hone his muscles to deadly perfection.”

Henchilada is a great all-rounder, with some brilliant skills to boot. With a statline like that he can hold his own against most wrestlers (and don't even try to throw him out with 2G DEX)

Flip Piledriver is your go-to move here. A Grapple Ability with the Dazed and Crowd Please special rules, you'll be using it a lot. Henchilada's Crowd Pleaser is a little off the wall though, as if successful, he leaps onto the nearest empty turnbuckle!

As a Free Agent, any team can take Henchilada without losing their sponsorship bonus. And he works well with most teams! If you feel like you need a new wrestler that doesn't rely on anyone else to get the job done, then this is the luchador for you!

He goes extremely well with the Deadly Divas, or teamed up with Relentless Dosh, as both have access to abilities that give Henchilada +1AP, meaning he can Flip Piledriver AND Diving Smash Drop in the same round!

Men and women can’t help but shiver as he makes his glacial way towards the stage where his powerful figure gleams in the limelight. Try as they might to grapple or lift his monstrous mass, his glassy exterior seldom allows opponents to find purchase, whilst his hard as steel hide deflects all but the strongest of blows.”

It's Ice! Yes! I love Ice. He's brilliant.

What he may lack in grappling and dodging, he more than makes up for in Defence. And defending himself isn't all he's good for! His Glacial Skin Passive Ability makes him extremely hard to grapple, and The Wall is a Passive Ability that allows him to share his Defence value with any wrestler in base contact.

Just think on that for a second. You can take high offensive wrestlers or great grapplers, then just hug up to Ice and be extremely difficult to take out.

Ice is a Free Agent, which means you can use him in any team without losing your Sponsorship Bonus. So what teams is he best in? The Raging Beasts and The Green Bruisers benefit a huge amount from his presence, as he counters their low defence stats.

One fateful day he found his father tied to a tree with thorny vines. Voices echoed from the nearby trees telling him to leave their woods. A dryad. Years later he took part in the destruction of that forest and helped build the new casino upon it. It was during this work he found out the dryad had not only survived, but had entered the ring!”

He's a lumberjack in a wrestling mask! What more could you want?

A cheap wrestler with one of the best Grapple stats in the game? Oh okay then, we'll give him that too. The single problem you'll find when using Lumberjacked is that you just won't have enough AP to do everything you need him to! He's brilliant at throwing enemies out of the ring, but his Sleeper Hold All Night and Caber Toss special abilities are both extremely useful. His Deforestation Passive Ability makes him even better at punching out wrestlers from his most hated of casinos, The Forest Soul.

As a Kaiser's Palace wrestler, Lumberjacked fits brilliantly with The Heavy Pounders. He also does very well with The Furry Fury, who sometimes need a little help with their grappling!

  • The original dynamic duo, Scrapheap & Puggy take no prisoners!

Scrapheap loves nothing more than getting in the ring and spinning round and round in circles until everyone else is KO'd. And Puggy loves nothing more than the adrenaline rush of grabbing onto the wrecking ball and enjoying the ride!

Puggy is Scrapheap's manager, and claims most of his KO's in the ring as her own (she touched the opponents after all), but as best friends, neither really keeps score over the other.

You might be thinking that having a ball and chain isn't necessarily in the spirit of RUMBLESLAM. But need I remind you that the sport was created when a bunch of drunks started beating each other up in a car park? I think we'll allow it.

In game, Scrapheap & Puggy do what you'd expect: wreck people with a wrecking ball. With 3S+1 ATT, this pair can deal a lot of pain, especially combined with their great abilities. Whirling Dervish is incredibly damaging and has a massive Shove 6, which means you'll probably get another Rope Attack afterwards! And Fore! uses the momentum of the wrecking ball to smash opponents waaaay out of the ring. It's not super reliable, but if it works, so long opposing wrestlers!

He was soon the picture of perfection. Joining the ring at eighteen, his selflessness and devotion to the sport fast became a shining example that inspired countless fans.”

With a stat card like that, it's obvious that Statesman is a great all-rounder. He makes a great centre-piece for any team, his unassuming look hiding a solid line up of skills. With a regenerative ability on all KO'd wrestlers for his Crowd Pleaser, and his Shield Passive Ability giving close friendly wrestlers his awesome Defense, Statesman is at his best when helping out team mates.

With a great all-round stat line and hailing from Kaiser's Palace, he's the perfect companion to The Heavy Pounders, or any team with low Defense and low Stamina WEIGHT 1 wrestlers.

It’s said he participates in matches to fuel his wild drinking habits and to ease the itch his knuckles get after sitting still for too long. In fact, his love for booze is so vast that he has yet to enter a match sober! But this inebriated state could also be responsible for his countless victories and triumph’s in Rumbleslam’s hallowed ring. The pains of punches and kicks are dampened by his drunken state and quite a few quizzical looks have been aimed his way as a sure-fire knockout was laughed off.”

Tavern is a great balanced Superstar choice. He's hardy, has a great ATT value, and very high Stamina. The real thing he brings to the ring is his Drunk passive ability though. The downside of always being drunk is that he has to take a Dazed check at the start of each round, but the upside is he can't be dazed by any other source and all Brawl attacks do -1 Damage to him!

He's a great choice for a Runic Thunder team, but also adds a great defensive boost to a Heavy Pounders team.
