Is it possible for me to add more items to my order, or do I have to make a new order entirely?


There isn't a way to add more items to an order which has already been submitted. Please place a new order.


Cancellation


Can I cancel my order?


To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] or reply to your Order Confirmation email. You will need to know the order number of an order to be able to cancel it. Orders for in-stock items are eligible for a full refund, while Preorders and Backorders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. After your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return. View more details of our cancellation policy here.

Cancelling an order with a discount code applied does not reset the discount code, meaning for single use code you will not be able to apply the discount to a new order.


Shipping


How long will it take for my order to ship?


Orders are shipped by end-of-day each day that the store is open (except for Saturday) and picked up by USPS the following morning.
If your order was placed after packages were shipped for the day, your order will be shipped the next day that the store is open. If your order was placed on a day that the store is closed (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Holidays), your order will ship the next day the store is open.


Why has my order not shipped?


If your order has any items with the status preorder or backorder, it will not ship right away. Please see the Preorders or Backorders sections below for more information.
Some items will display the status 'paid' while they are still in the preorder period. This means that you have held a specific item from the stock we are expecting to receive, or have already received. It does not guarantee that your preorder will arrive, and it does not mean that your preorder is ready-to-ship.

Preorders


If I place an order with a preorder item, does the entire order wait until everything is in stock or do you do multiple shipments?


Since we charge a single $4 flat rate shipping charge on all orders, we hold orders until the entire order is ready to ship. If you would like to receive one shipment of in-stock items and a second shipment of preorder items at a later date, please place one order for in-stock items and a second order for preorders. Please note the release date of the preorder items, as if there are multiple release dates in one order, it will be held until the latest release date.


Why does my preorder item now say backorder? Is it going to take longer to get to me?


After the release date of an item passes, the status of preorder items on your order may change to 'backorder.' This only indicates that the release date of the item has passed, and does not affect how long it is going to take for your order to be fulfilled.


Backorders


If I place an order with a backorder item, does the entire order wait until everything is in stock or do you do multiple shipments?


Since we charge a single $4 flat rate shipping charge on all orders, we hold orders until the entire order is ready to ship. If you would like to receive one shipment of in-stock items and a second shipment of backorder items at a later date, please place one order for in-stock items and a second order for backorders.


I've placed an order for some out-of-stock items. I'm wondering if you can give me an estimated delivery date on them?


The estimated delivery date of a backorder can vary significantly. It will be a combination of several factors. If the item is out-of-stock with the manufacturer, we will need to wait for the item to be reprinted. We have no way to estimate how long this will take.
If the item is in-stock with the manufacturer but out-of-stock with our distributor, we will need to wait for our distributor to receive a restock. In general, our distributors receive restocks within a month.

    • Shipments take about 2 weeks to arrive
    • Large number of items awaiting reprint at any time
    • Historically long reprint times for some items, and a tendency to sell out immediately upon reprint
  • Asmodee (AMG, FFG, CMON, Board Games)
    • Restocks placed weekly
    • Restocks shipped out based on free shipping minimum
    • Shipments take about 2-3 weeks to arrive
  • Kingsley (TTCombat, Bushido)
    • Restocks placed every 2-4 weeks based on free shipping minimum
    • No stock confirmation before shipping
    • Shipments take about 1-2 weeks to arrive
  • Wyrd Miniatures
    • Restocks placed every month with new releases
    • Shipments take about 1-2 weeks to arrive
  • Para Bellum
    • Restocks placed every month with new releases
    • No stock confirmation before shipping
    • Shipments take about 1-2 weeks to arrive
  • Warcradle Trade (Infinity, Modiphius, Drowned Earth, Knight Models)
    • Restocks placed every month with Infinity releases
    • Shipments take about 1-2 weeks to arrive
    • Relatively high number of sold-out items

    • Very new, still figuring things out
