Though Vlad no longer truly cares what happens to his Strigoi, he is selective over who he turns into one of his followers. He is particularly more interested in his brides and the abominations he creates. One of Vlad’s oldest and most loyal servants acts as a sort of judge who oversees prospective new Strigoi as well as being responsible for producing their food...human flesh naturally.
Though Vlad is still weary of the Wallachian armed forces arrival, he is glad to have an organised military fist he can use. Judging those who are worthy to join the Targoveti as well as those from their ranks who are ready to become fully fledged Strigoi, the Strigoi Jude as he’s known, travels around the city in search of recruits.

The armies and Grand Fleet of the Post Human Republic have completed their conquest of the Tlalocan Moons, annihilating most alien Scourge forces there. Many relic technologies, listening posts and more eldritch remnants of their mysterious past lurk there.
