The techne of the City States Theurgists allows them to reconstitute the mind, or those parts that have survived transcription, by layering these sheets with incredibly complex clockwork and crystal arrays, creating a copy of the mind that came before. Distant and… other, these incredible artifacts are then fitted into the bespoke form of a Terataur, granting it a power and resilience it never possessed in life, a true and unstoppable fusion of metal, tekne, will and phlogiston.
