Were Ito Takuya unfortunate enough to lose his heir, Ito Itsunagi, Ito Sadako might be worthy enough to take his place. Not as driven or arrogant as Itsunagi, she is exceptionally cunning and devious, even for a member of the Ito. She has seen firsthand the powerplay that pushes the leaders of the Ito clan against one another. Sadako believes that when the dust settles, she could claim the mantle of daimyo and that if she can’t, she is well-schooled enough in the art of deception to announce a successor on her terms.

However, Sadako’s weakness lies in battle rather than in court. She feels an irresistible urge to be in the thick of the action, where life and death balance on the thinnest of edges. Gone are her calm and calculating schemes, replaced by the urge for all to see her emerge victorious atop the corpses of her enemies.

“Father, you say we are the Bear clan, but what is The Bear?” asked a young Minimoto girl while she and her father ate supper. 

Outside, barreling past the house, an unstoppable barrage of metal and flesh crashed into a yet unseen attacker. Akasuki rained blow after blow down on the interloper, allowing it no defence and no chance of survival. Throughout this bloody combat, Akasuki bellowed and snarled like a mother bear defending her cubs, with that terrifying sound dropping to a low growl once she eliminated the threat standing over its mangled body.  The father looked up from his soup and pointed toward the victorious samurai.

“There. That is The Bear.”

Takashi Akio, Kumiko's father and sensei at the Takashi Koryu, shapes the next generation of Dragon samurai with his techniques and style. Despite excelling in swordplay, his daughter Kumiko decided to walk another path upon reaching age. Initially furious, he thought she was trying to disgrace him. The Takashi samurai asked Takashi Hagane to challenge Kumiko, ending a perceived waste of Kumiko’s talent. However, Hagane refused to test the girl's mettle, saying, “She has nothing left to learn; she is already among the greatest duelists of her generation.” Hagane’s words returned to the headstrong Kumiko, who has since opted for the sword over the brush. 

During a discussion, players asked for more female samurai and cheaper to make thematic lists, such as seven samurai and an all-warrior woman Blood of the Dragon list, so with a low Rice cost for a four-dice samurai and the necessary Critical Attack (1), she will most definitely be found on the list!

Tengu society is floundering since their King, Sojobo, descended from high with his followers to participate in the world below their icy peaks. With an empty throne at the heart of their lands, sedition and rebellion smoulders. She plays a mysterious role in these matters which is unclear yet, perhaps it has something to do with long-lost prophecies revealed once more.

Grunt’s not just smart for an orc, he’s smart compared to anyone, actually. He has multiple diplomas from Crump Community College including, but not limited to, Printing Press Operation, the History of Glasses, Punchable Faces, Proper Suplex Posture, and Plaid in Print.

Unfortunately none of those have secured him any employment and now he has to make do with the most common profession for an orc; wrestling. He’s actually surprisingly competent for an orc that’s read more books than he’s beaten up, unfortunately he’s the butt of a lot of pranks at the Rolling Bones.

Don't be fooled by this orc's dorky look, he has a statblock that any jock would envy. His mathematical mind can be seen in his special moves which are always making use of the optimal angle of attack. Kwik Maff is a Turnbuckle that carries the 1 to deal devastating results, and you'll see his workings when he shoves a wrestler across the ring with MaffHammer.

Being Too Dorky Too Dance slows Orcel right down, but shows him at his strongest, making him a less than ideal dancing partner.

Berserking is a time honoured profession for barbarians, as is wrestling. When the two combine, it’s a sure-fire recipe for success. The most infamous Barbarian Berserker was Beatdown Beatrice, the longest holder of the Foamy Mouth Award for Excellence in Aggression.

The Petty Fight Menagerie brings unwarranted aggro to the ring. A Heater Ibex riles up the crowd, not caring if you’re cheering or booing, as long as you’re rowdy. The Satyr Musician provides beats for the beatdowns, sending friends and foes alike into a frenzy.

Barbarian Berserkers are a nigh unstoppable furious force of nature that get more dangerous the more upset the crowd is. The Barbarian Brewer has plenty of booze to go around, enough to knock himself and everyone else around him down.

A Hoss Bison is a hulking slab of brute force, what this Bison lacks in brain cells, he makes up for in raw strength and a thick hide.

Not many other wrestlers can outshine Randy, that golden fleece shines brighter than anything in the ring, plus people can't deny you being the GOAT, when you’re an actual...oh wait.

The GOAT not only comes with the most impressive golden fleece but also a solid stat line. Springing from the ropes, Randy uses his Ram Jam Rope Slam to rocket across the ring, knocking the wind out of the largest wrestlers.

Randy steals all the attention in the ring, the crowd are always ready to give him a cheer and pinning the GOAT makes a wrestler quite unpopular.

Wrathmonger was once voted the angriest being in RUMBLESLAM. In response, he set the entire venue on fire. To be fair, the Inferno Arena was already on fire, but now it’s extra lit!

The Frenzied demon has come straight from hell and is bringing a mean swing with him. The Hell Hold can lift wrestlers, making them ripe for being thrown from the ring. The Helldiver goes for quantity over quality, bearing lots of copper dice and Fury, delivering a devastating drop on the enemy.

When the rage grows to much, Wrathmonger will unleash his Fiery Temper dealing Damage to all nearby. Wrathmongers fury is very infectious, inciting riots into those nearby, meaning the next brawl attack by a friendly wrestler hits harder than they ever have.
