Operation Sandtrap Battle Pack is a box containing 14 miniatures, a booklet with background and a set of narrative missions, cardboard scenery, dice—everything you need to start collecting Infinity or just to complete your collection!

Operation: Sandtrap contains two totally new miniature sets for two brand new factions: the Kestrel Colonial Force from PanOceania and Shindenbutai from JSA. A total of 14 highly detailed metal miniatures!

The Shindenbutai set, contains the following models:

Three Senku with Combi Rifles, one Raiden with Missile Launcher, one Jizamurai with Light Shotgun, one Hatamoto with Red Fury, and one Nokizaru with MULTI Marksman Rifle.

The Kestrel set contains the following models:

Hayabusa (隼) is Japanese for "peregrine falcon", a bird that often serves as a metaphor for speed due to its vertical hunting dive, the fastest of any bird. It is therefore a more than appropriate name for the JSA's rapid reaction force. A corps composed of veteran troops and specialists in close-quarters battle and quantronic warfare, capable of being deployed in record time and dealing with any threat.

The Torchlight Brigade was a dormant project fed with reserved funds. Its members were secretly recruited among the best troops of Bureau Aegis and Bureau Noir, and they pledged to answer the call whenever a new planet, a potential new home for humankind was in danger, whenever a law enforcement and security force was needed to operate in the remotest settlements in the middle of uncharted territory. Scattered throughout the Sphere, its dormant agents waited until the time came to carry the torch that would bring light to those distant colonies, out there where chaos reigns supreme and injustice lurks in the shadows.

This box includes 3 miniatures of the Torchlight Brigade Sectorial Army from the O-12 faction: One Kludger Engineer with Boarding Shotgun, one Kludger Doctor with Submachine Gun and one Waverider Hacker with Submachine Gun. Alcazaba water features are a set of scattering pieces that function independently or as part of the Alcazaba Objective Room, Atrium, or Hanging Garden buildings. When assembled, the central fountain measures approximately 4.5" x 6.5" x 3.75" tall.

THE ALCAZABA SERIES

One of the aims of Farhad Khadivar, the founder of Haqqislam, was to recover the cultural and aesthetic splendor of the Golden Age of Islam. With this purpose in mind the colonization of Bourak took the architecture of the ancient Al Andalus as a reference for the region of Al Medinat. Al Medinat became one of the main settlement areas during the early stages of the Bourak colonization process because it boasted the most favorable climatic and environmental conditions compared with the rest of the planet.

Yd Yamnaa Incorporated — better known as Y2 Inc. — would be one of the leading urban development contractors in the Al Medinat region. Fleeing from merely functional concepts so typical of the colonial areas, the Al Andalus inspiration crystallized in the so-called Alcazaba series. This architectural model combined structural resistance with a stylistic concept that drank from historical sources to create buildings of great visual harmony.

The success of the Alcazaba series would bring Y2 Inc. development contracts from other areas of the planet, making these buildings part of Bourak’s urban landscape. The Alcazaba series would become the main product of Y2 Inc., drawing the attention of the giant Muqid Group that later would absorb Y2 Inc. and make it a subsidiary. The Alcazaba series continued to expand throughout the territories of Bourak under the seal of this corporation. However, experts already distinguish a time before and after the absorption, in which the application of more advanced construction techniques give these buildings a greater ecological efficiency.
