This new Hundred Kingdom Orders set is loaded with beautiful new infantry sets for both new St Lazarus regiments and much more. You can use both leaders out of the box. A complementary set to the 5th Anniversary Starter Set also available now. This set is a well built First Blood army as well as a great beginning set to play a game of Last Argument of Kings. Included in this set are quick start guides for First Blood II and TLAOK II, along with all assembly instructions, a great path of Conquest guide, 12 16mm 6 sided dice, 2D Terrain Set, an EA Paper Map and all necessary command cards, bases and stands. A great value for players, a more than 35% discount over the prices if just the units alone were purchased separately.

How do the Hundred Kingdoms play? The Hundred Kingdoms cannot claim to have the best troops, but they have damn good troops and they tend to have more of them. Their cavalry is second to none and the intrinsic flexibility of the human mindset means your opponent cannot be certain what he will face: A veteran force of hard bitten infantry supported by powerful casters? A thundering charge led by an impetuous lord that bets everything on the speed of horse and strength of arms? OR The canny and disciplined combined arms approach of a shrewd imperial officer who leverages each of these pieces into a sum greater than the whole? • Unaware of the relic sword’s true identity as the lost dragonblade of clan Dheubrodsûn – for the Baron has kept the artifact’s non-human origin a secret – Erich Schur was caught by surprise when reports started trickling in of increased Dweghom activity from the hold of Ghe’Domn. Not knowing the true reason behind such commotion and being extremely wary of the destructive potential of a Dweghom army, Schur wrote to the Chamberlain – who immediately liberated funds and empowered Erich to raise as powerful a force as he could. The possibility of Pravia being attacked was enough to galvanize the Chamberlain into action: the city was under the direct diplomatic protection of the Chamberlain, having sought his patronage, after the dissolution of the Empire, to shield itself from potential territorial hostilities. Schur must now face the imminent emergence of the Stone Face King alone, as the Theist Church and its pawns seek to see their foes exhaust one another so that they might destroy the Dweghom army as it seeks the walls of Pravia, furthering their political ambitions.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - The hand of the Chamberlain, allowing him to requisition any Imperial Regiment to serve as his Retinue. On the battlefield is where Eric Shurr’s fierce fighting spirit comes alive, able to lead his Imperial Forces with great tenacity and unmatched iron will.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Where others rely on brute strenght to overcome their opponents, Schur is a master of tactical flexibility skillfully redirecting enemy attacks and deflecting them long enough to lose focus and open themselves to vicious counter assault. Schur is available for Casual and Narrative play, while in TLAOK Organized Play he can be used as an Imperial Officer.

  • Before he had a chance to address the matter and bereft of all but his closest allies, Kings Otto and Brand, war was brought to him. Nords, Dweghom, and W’adrhŭn plagued his lands—from the North, East, and South, respectively—while the Alchemist waited for the right time to strike in support of his enemies. By the end of the Riismark Campaign, a city lay in ruins, Angengrad and the northern shores were lost to Nord invaders with the help of Nepenthe, and the south was settled by the W’adrhŭn. Cornered and alone, Fredrik turned to the Orders for financial aid and did what had previously seemed unthinkable: he paid the Alchemist’s price to secure peace with Nepenthe, offering Riismark’s famed steel. His decision was challenged even by his two closest allies, but Fredrik swore an oath: this did not mean long-lasting peace, and the debt would be settled the way it should.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - King Fredrik transforms your Feudal Warriors into Fearless Nepenthe Veterans, willing to follow their King into battle no matter the odds. When dueling enemies, Fredrik inspires his loyal followers into greater acts of bravery on the battlefield.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK -King of Brandengrad and a brave front-line leader, Fredrik leads a powerful warband of Veteran Feudal Regiments, commanding them and empowering them to seize victory from the jaws of defeat. Fredrik is available for Casual and Narrative play, while in TLAOK Organized Play he can be used as a Noble Lord.

  • Now, with her destiny clear, Reginleif sails for the lands of the Old Dominion with an army worthy of her quest – having secured the support of the Jarl Gunnar One-Eye by promising him riches and treasures from the tombs they would be pillaging. Her father’s records speak of a great necropolis that lies buried in those dead lands – within it lies the sleeping Wælcyrge, which was claimed as a prize by a champion of the Dominion during the events of Ragnarök. However, in such cursed lands, dead does not mean departed, and Faithbearer Reginleif now finds her expedition facing a terrible and ancient enemy.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - Stirring the divine blood within her followers, Reginleif leads her Warband and weaves their fates to victory. Able to seize the initiative through the wisdom of her corvid companions, the battlefield is just another test of faith and battle to be won.

  • The Archimandrite was entombed, with honors, inside the subterranean necropolis known as Ierapetra, along with the myriads that had followed him during the Northern Crusades. Andronicus was buried alongside his most cherished prize that was claimed from Mannheim – a Wælcyrge, an instrument of the dead gods of the Nords. Upon being raised, the Firebringer came to realize that, during the burning of Yggdrasil, Hazlia had been afraid. The deity had been terrified of the World Tree’s true nature, and that fear drove him to destroy it – and what true god would show fear? Thus, those entombed within Ierapetra descended into a restless slumber, filled with resentment and lacking any ambitions that would force them to mobilize. Now, however, Andronicus and his followers stir from their unliving dreams as Reginleif and her followers enter his domain, stealing his most valued belonging and finally prodding the veterans of the Northern Crusades into action after eons!

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - Andronicus leads his risen legions onto the battlefield with flame and fury; igniting the faith of his allies and burning those who reject Hazlia’s salvation. Those caught within Andronicus’ presence find themselves sapped of their own will to fight on, burnt to ashes in the scorching wake of Andronicus’ burning crusade.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Profane scholar and leader of the Northern Crusades, Andronicus unleashes his cult of priests, empowering them and unleashing a torrent of unholy magic upon any foolish enough to stand against him. Andronicus is available for Casual and Narrative play, while in TLAOK Organized Play he can be used as an Archimandrite.

  • Kerveros is one of the most dangerous anomalies that have arisen since the Awakening of the Old Dominion. Once a powerful and devout Strategos, his loss in battle was a terrible blow to the nascent Dominion. Lost to the freezing flow of the Granicus river as he organized a ordered retreat from the betrayal of his forces, his body was never recovered or laid in state. As a result, when Hazlia's cry called him forth from the grave, his faculties were far from intact. Little more than a roving menace, he wandered the shores of the Granicus river like an apparition, his decayed body unable to hold the glory of his past achievements. All of this changed with his Awakening:

Loyal troops that had been brought home and interred remembered their devoted commander, who fought to the last to give them a chance to escape. With a patience and loyalty that perhaps only the dead could muster, his devoted followers combed the river, their dead husks immune to the dangers of the raging icy flow. Upon recovering and subduing the mindless form of their commander, they returned to capitas, where his empty tomb lay at the pinnacle of the stepped pyramid honoring his legion. With careful reverence he was laid to rest among his troops, who marched thousands of miles to pay homage to their most beloved commander. This uncommon act of reverence sparked a transfer of power between the empty husk that had once been their commander and his faithful troops. Absorbing a small portion of the power that animated and drove his followers Kerberos was reborn from the stitched together memories and ideals of loyal troops. Thus empowered he was able to subdue and empower the dreadful ceremonial guardian who had been placed within the mausoleum to protect the resting place of one of the few Legions lost before the Fall. Now, at the head of his devoted legion, he has ridden forth to see what to make of this strange new existence.
This is a numbered edition, Founder's Exclusive. Once the edition of 1099 units has sold out, it will not be issued again in any other form.

An exquisite new model for the Old Dominion faction numbered to 1099 piece edition, this Founder's Exclusive comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, monster and infantry bases and stand and the Andromarchos Command Card.

  • Recently, after braving many missions in the name of the Court of Air, Yindak was sent to the continent of Alektria. The Skypiercer was seconded to the Court of Fire and their newest settlement, Taj’Khinjaha, in an ongoing effort to improve diplomatic relations and military cooperation between the two sorcerous courts. His new master, Jahan the Shimmering Vizier, was the governor of the burgeoning port settlement, who swiftly appointed Yindak as his general, tasking the Skypiercer with leading Taj’Khinjaha’s forces while Jahan stayed in his palace. With Yindak’s prowess and skill, Taj’Khinjaha grew to even greater heights, gaining control of a considerable portion of the Allerian Plains and becoming a noteworthy regional power. Yet, such prosperity was not meant to last, and the holdings of Taj’Khinjaha are now under threat. Persenia the Gorgon and the warriors of Tauria now march against the settlement, threatening it with war and destruction! Against such a powerful enemy, Skypiercer Yindak is ready to lead the armies of the Sorcerer Kings once more, unwilling to back down and welcoming the challenge wholeheartedly.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - Master of both wind and storm, Yindak strikes with the power of a thunderbolt. Able to channel lighting that leaps through the Enemy or empowering his Gauntlet to deal a devastating blow; Yindak explodes with fulminating power, a living storm on the battlefield and a conduit of thunderous sorceries.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Champion of Fire and Air, Yindak unleashes a murderous barrage of rituals and spells while simultaneously using that same elemental energy to elevate his own strength to superhuman levels. Found fighting on the front lines, Yindak is as powerful and lethal as the elementals he commands. • Despite the events at Vatsdam, we can now confirm that the Alchemist prevailed against his doubters within Nepenthe - at least for now - and is once more considered a significant influence. He was pivotal in the negotiations that opened the doors to Boronest’s Court and a new era for the Merchant Princes. This, unfortunately, was largely due to the steel secured by the ceasefire agreement with Brandengrad’s throne. Boronest reports also indicate that a significant network of human informants and agents - often coerced through addiction to the Alchemist’s concoctions - has been formed, while the Alchemist maintains contact with many of King Fredrik’s enemies, within Riismark and without.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - A warped reflection of how merchant princes typically leverage the battlefield, the Alchemist prefers his enemies indebted to him. His influence grows as the enemy flourishes, as after all, pride goes before a fall. Able to procure a hasty enemy, the Alchemist can turn a moment’s impetus into their ultimate demise.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Sinister diplomat and cunning strategist, the Alchemist makes offers his enemies cannot refuse, never interrupting them as they inevitably follow the path to their own demise. Once the trap is sprung, the full might of the Spires’ forces is unleashed upon the unsuspecting enemy, while airship barrages cripple enemy positions. The Alchemist is available for Casual and Narrative play, while in TLAOK Organized Play he can be used as a Merchant Prince.

  • Impressed with the youngster’s tenacity and possibly tormented by guilt and her own mortal weaknesses, the Ukunfazane would take Nangenyua under her protection and raise him as her ward and protégé, instilling within him skills and knowledge that only a chosen few had access to. Upon reaching adulthood, Nangenyua would be recognized as a hunter without peer, gaining the title of “Predator,” borne by those considered greatest among all hunters, and was tasked with leading the Living Goddess’ personal coterie of prehistoric beasts, numbering in the dozens and selectively bred for perfection. The Shadow, however, would show little passion for his assigned role, an honor in the eyes of others, and would often disregard it to pursue his own cryptic desires, gaining infamy for his days-long delves into the uncharted wilds of the oasis and aloof disposition.

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - Preferring to hunt alone, Nangenyua stalks the battlefield; arriving when the opportunity is best to deliver the killshot onto vulnerable enemies. Coupled with his ability to enrage any friendly primal beast into a savage frenzy, Nangenyua tames the battlefield with precision and purpose.

HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Unparalleled hunter, Nangenyua stalks the battlefield, ready to spring upon his unsuspecting prey. Despite the many potential dangers of this new environment, Murakame Wako is powerful and vastly experienced, seeing an opportunity rise from the strange circumstances he has found himself in. Within the Womb, all four elements exist in harmony, and thus a connection to the seas of the Elemental Domains could be established through ritual, allowing more of Wako’s fleet to sail into Eä. • Now, the Gorgon has been tasked with launching an invasion into the Allerian Plains, wishing to disrupt the growing influence of the Sorcerer Kings and using Boubalia as her staging point. A city that was never meant to be, Boubalia was designed to be a simple fortress outpost – a minor walled settlement that would extend Tauria’s influence into the west. However, as the denizens of Tauria crave adventure and glory above all else, Boubalia would grow to accommodate the wave of travelers that sought to reach into the west, eventually growing way beyond its meager walls and into a proper city. Famous for its running of the Minotaurs, a bloody tradition where convicted criminals are released onto the streets and are subsequently chased down by bull-headed bred, Boubalia is Tauria’s most valuable settlement beyond itself. It is from a city of such import that the spiteful Gorgon now launches her campaign, aiming to bring the Sorcerer Kings low and establish Tauria’s dominion over the Allerian Plains...

HOW IT PLAYS IN FIRST BLOOD - A gladiator of unmatched ferocity, blessed by the God of Vengeance, she leads her Warband on the front-lines; where her deadly grace outpaces the acumen of her peers. HOW IT PLAYS IN TLAOK - Cunning strategist and unparalleled duelist, Persenia combines Tauria’s aggressive tactics with unmatched martial prowess. Secretly at odds with her city’s Taurian god, Persenia keeps a substantial force of Minotaurs at her disposal, but it is her Thorakites and Agema that she truly places her trust in. • Since then, the Stone Face King has learned of the missing dragonblade’s true location: the human city of Pravia, where it was paraded as a Theist relic by the fanatical Baron Mikael von Kürschbourgh. With precious knowledge of his prize’s location at hand, Ragodosh has mustered a mighty war-host and seeks to retrieve the dragon-slaying weapon by force, wishing to silence his doubters and prove his worth over all who would challenge him for his throne. Reclaiming the dragonblade would serve to make Anaghallosh’s legacy whole once more – with all the dragon-blooded weapons secure in the hands of his followers – and finally silence the lingering echoes left by Alekhaneros’ ideas, securing Ragodosh’s sovereignty for the years to come and healing his hold’s fractured spirit. • Monster Kit: 1 Resin miniature, a Monster Base and Stand, 1 Command card, Water Rituals Card and assembly instructions. Note this is not a Dual Kit.

It has long been conjectured by the Sorcerer Kings that the Elemental Domains, while anchored around the Prime, exist at varying spiritual ‘depths’. This could go a long way to explaining the existence of the Marid Apsara, powerful Water Asura who despite their title, bear humanity no ill will. In fact many a tale of stranded sailors and wounded rescued from the deep by dolphins is the work of these beautiful spirits. Enigmatic and reclusive, they are, however, not immune to the powers and efforts of the Water Sorcerers in enlisting their aid. When they arrive onto the battlefield they seldom do so alone, suddenly appearing with their entire court to deal a decisive blow, enhanced by their spellcasting ability.

HOW THEY PLAY IN FIRST BLOOD : The Marid Apsara grants their potent sorcerous powers to your forces, renewing your warriors in the midst of combat. Their presence shapes the ebb and flow of battle, reforming your battleline into a fluid formation that changes the tide of battle.

    HOW THEY PLAY IN TLAOK:
Elusive and powerful, the Marid Apsara serves as both a potent spellcasting support piece and a force multiplier for the Court of Water. Bolster your core regiments with powerful water magic, while its Tidal Summons ability allows additional Court of Water Regiments to surge onto the battlefield from reinforcements, turning the tide of battle in your favor.

The Marid Shaytan is perhaps the most dangerous of the Asura. A dark reflection of the beneficent Apsara, the Shaytan embodies the wrath of the sea and its fiercest storms. Savage, capricious and greedy, these terrifying demons must be securely bound before their savagery can be unleashed on the battlefield. Eschewing the sorcerous abilities of its fairer kin, the Shaytan strikes with the unrelenting fury of the storm, reveling in the carnage and destruction it leaves in its wake.

HOW THEY PLAY IN FIRST BLOOD: Drown your enemies in a deluge of terror and blood with the Marid Shaytan. A typhoon of devastation, the Marid Shaytan invigorates themselves with the chaos of the battlefield; no matter if friend or foe.

HOW THEY PLAY IN TLAOK: Elegant yet devastating, the Marid Shaytan crashes into enemy formations like a relentless tidal wave, sweeping away any unfortunate souls who dare stand before it. A master of adaptability, the Shaytan excels at breaking enemy formations - unleashing a storm of additional Impact Attacks against lightly armored foes, or relying on a flurry of extra Attacks to tear through heavily armored targets.

Daring to risk their existence to hone and temper their beliefs, these terrifying entities physically risk the Elemental Hells after having achieved Enlightenment. It is during these sojourns that many are lost, but those who succeed find treasures beyond measure of which the most common are the slowly drifting Kirin eggs. The bond formed between these two infinitely malleable beings defies easy definition or explanation, but little of this matters to the unfortunate foe who finds himself in the path of this martial juggernaut. The perfect fusion of honor, power and ruthless force, an Oni Kishin bears different ritual weapons: unleashing the brutal impact of their with their ceremonial yari as Raiu, the Storm; or as Kiba, Fang Horsemen, bearing an Odachi, symbolizing their hunger for challenge and glory.

HOW THEY PLAY FIRST BLOOD: Ferocity made manifest, the Oni Kishin Kiba thrive where the fighting is thickest. Wielding fearsome greatblades, these fearsome riders cleave through great swathes of enemies and pierce into the heart of your opponents battleline.

HOW THEY PLAY TLAOK: Oni Kishin Kiba is a terrifying heavy cavalry regiment designed specifically to hunt down Brutes and Monsters. Thanks to the Fiend Hunter special rule, the unit excels at bringing down some of the toughest targets on the battlefield, making it a premier choice for dealing with enemy monster armies. Their Titanic Defiance rule grants Fearless when fighting Monsters, significantly improving their staying power in these critical engagements. An important interaction to remember is that Fiend Hunter also applies to the regiment’s Impact attacks, making their charges particularly devastating against Brutes and Monsters. Despite being a Heavy regiment, Flank allows Oni Kishin Kiba to enter the battlefield quickly and threaten key targets from unexpected angles, ensuring they can bring their monster-hunting prowess to bear where it matters most.
