• The Type-4 is the largest thing the PHR have that isn't considered a war engine. Once a rare sight on the battlefield, recently more and more have been spotted amongst PHR forces. Originally only the Hades variant of these powerful walkers was identified, with others being mistaken as it. Now that the Battle for Earth is in full swing, UCM intelligence has identified and analysed at least 3 variants of this massive walker.

The Nemesis and Bellona are both built on the same variant of the Type-4 chassis. This large walker is an imposing yet thankfully rare sight on the battlefield, built more as a command unit than a mobile weapons platform.

Sporting a Nemesis Laser in addition to the pair of RX-L Railguns the Nemesis is precision firepower at incredible ranges. Able to burn through any active countermeasures the laser is the bane of heavy tanks or walkers. While being rarely seen by the forces the PHR opposes, this walker has been a reliable command platform for those that prefer tactical strikes over brute force.

Once utilised by the legendary Marcus Barros, the Bellona Type-4 walker is now seeing more widespread use. While the change to mass production left behind some of the command and control features present in Barros' prototype, it is no less potent. With the same pair of RX-L Railguns present on the Nemesis, the Bellona trades the laser for a powerful Vanquisher Cannon. While not sporting the nigh-infinite range of the Nemesis this alternate weapon can obliterate its targets with advanced solid munitions.

Contains 1 multi-part resin miniature with parts to make either a Nemesis Control Scorpion or a Bellona Ordnance Scorpion.

Resin miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled. This kit will require cleaning and assembly, and could need some small holes filled.

  • Valkyries are some of the most elite PHR soldiers and with their multiple high-level personal augments, they're also some of the most valued assets in an army. With ocular, respiratory, processing, and bone marrow upgrades (to name but a few) to their firmware, these fighters are specially tailored to their fast attack role. Utilising personal jump-jet booster packs they travel at speed across the battlefield, dodging and weaving through enemy fire before descending to unleash hails of submachine gun bullets.

If you're after an infantry squad that can go anywhere you want and do a whole lot of damage, look no further than the Valkyries! With a 9" move and the ability to fly over anything 8" high, they're probably the most mobile infantry unit in the whole of Dropzone Commander.

As with most PHR, they're also very good at what they do! They're a decent investment in points, but for that you get twice the number of shots of a usual infantry unit, both at range and in Close Quarters. With Rapid Insertion as well, you won't be re-rolling damage when entering a Garrison. While they're not the toughest infantry, they're able to avoid most damage thanks to +3 Evasion and a 5+ Dodge save. Good luck hitting these flying angels!

Contains 4 plastic bases of 5 Valkyries each.

Resin miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled. This kit will require cleaning and assembly, and could need some small holes filled. Scenic bases not included.

  • The Jetskimmer-AV program is a test bed for new technologies. The Diana's Molecular Agitator is a directed energy weapon with a twist: multiple units can feed power via the weapon into a single shooter's Collector Vanes, enhancing an already potent destructive potential. Meanwhile the Aurora offers commanders a unique proposition: to grant, enhance or negate a squad's energy shielding. Operating in fast-moving pairs, light protection may be conferred to two squads or focused via a single Aurora's Collector Vanes into a single squad for greater protection.

The Diana Jetskimmer is a Standard choice in a PHR army, offering fast-moving anti-tank capabilities. While not as reliable as a good, old-fashioned Railgun, the Molecular Agitator is greater than the sum of its parts, using multiple vehicles to add together their strength to deal with the toughest foes. The Auroroa Jetskimmer is a Support choice, and gives some much-valued Passive saves. Increasing a unit's Passive is one thing, but stripping away an opponent's is Shaltari levels of mischief.

Contains 2 multi-part resin miniatures with parts to make both as Diana or Aurora Jetskimmers.

  • Spectres are the terror of helpless tank crews who can't hope to out-manoeuvre a tiny skimmer that's as fast as some aircraft. Armed with a formidable Plasma Lance, it is still fully capable of reducing a UCM main battle tank to molten slag while running rings around it. A rarer variant mounts the abnormal Photon Blaster that sends lethal beams silently through solid matter, straight through buildings to damage any target.

The Spectre Skimtank is a Standard choice in a Scourge army, great for players that like glass cannons! While lightly armoured, the Spectre is incredibly fast, and mounts powerful weapons. A Plasma Lance offers higher range than a standard Hunter, albeit at slightly reduced firepower. Alternatively the Photon Blaster allows Spectres to target enemies they can't even see, which goes a long way to protect this otherwise fragile unit.

Contains 4 multi-part resin miniatures with parts to arm all with either Plasma Lances or Photon Blasters.

  • Foregoing conventional weaponry, the Atlatl mounts a teleport beamer. This disturbing variation of Shaltari teleportation tech is actually a cruder 'brute force' incarnation, as it can be used on units unequipped for teleport - which means enemies are fair game. The Arrowhead on the other hand is a powerful - if limited - AA unit. Generating a crackling energy storm - a weaponised version of the discharge caused by active Gates - charged with potential to latch onto passing aircraft. When employed in numbers, the storm becomes a raging cyclone which can liquidise any aircraft armour with laughable ease.

Both Atlatls and Arrowheads are Standard choices for Shaltari armies, and both offer something a little unusual. The Atlatl is the height of Shaltnanigans, offering the choice of teleporting friendly units great distances or turning their attention to foes and forcing them to move into the least opportune places. Arrowheads are a rare dedicated AA Standard choice, perfect for area denial. While their weapons can only Reaction Fire, you also add extra Energy for each one in the squad, making them a major thorn in your opponent's side. Put them in the centre of the board and start laughing!

  • When the Scourge invaded, everyone either ran or died. And that includes shipping companies!

In games of Dropzone Commander, you're going to want plenty of cover. Usually that means towering skyscrapers, but sometimes you want something a bit more subtle.

The Shipping Container set contains - you guessed it - shipping containers! This set is designed to help you place small scatter terrain on your board easily and effectively. No one wants to spend half an hour putting down individual cars on a Dropzone board!

There are three groups of containers, stacked up next to each other complete with little extra bits like pallets and tyres. These make excellent barricades on their own, fully detailed and just needing a little paint. There are also four single shipping containers which you can use on their own or combine together to make larger blockades. The set also contains a couple of rows of jersey barriers, each with snap points in case you want to use single barriers to further decorate your terrain. And finally there's a handful of oil drums and pallets of bricks - although the exact number here may vary.

Contains 15(ish) single-piece resin miniatures There are multiple styles of each piece, and the contents of your pack may vary from those shown.

  • Three months into the Battle for Earth, the first Polecat Buggies hit the front. Tougher and better armed, they are as fast as the Wolverine though more costly. An exemplar of efficiency, a single Raven can still carry two Polecats though they are much bulkier than the Wolverine. CLAW kept the weight down through extensive use of advanced composites, making field repairs more troublesome.

Polecat Buggies are a light Standard choice in a UCM army, offering speed at the cost of armour. Tougher than a tiny Wolverine, you still need to be careful when using them. Armed with either an Aggressor Cannon or Twin Nemesis Miniguns, the Polecat can take on a huge variety of foes. The Aggressor is best suited for light vehicles or Garrisons, although can focus its shots to even deal damage to heavy battle tanks. The Nemesis Miniguns on the other hand will tear through infantry in light cover, or even focus their massive 6 shots to deal with light vehicles.

A large light dropship, the Vulture offers twice the transport capacity of its smaller cousin, able to hold up to 4 light vehicles or even 4 units of infantry. And when combined with Jetskimmer technology and large aircraft, they can be surprisingly fast. Using shielding tech as well, their forces are difficult to budge, which makes their devastating weaponry even more dangerous.

An Armour Battlegroup is a staple in games of Dropzone Commander, and is a required choice in every army. This set contains all compulsory choices in the Armour

Battlegroup, with Auxiliary units for support. This box is ideal for a new player - if you have a Starter Army, expand your force with this box.

  • Pre-war, the Patton was often deployed in favour of the Hannibal in developed areas of the cradle worlds, where the superior speed and simple efficiency of wheels beats the mobility of treads. While less well armoured, the Patton's resilient hull makes it arguably tougher than a modern Sabre tank while being easier to maintain - a common theme of pre-war tech.

The Patton AFV is a sturdy and reliable Standard choice in Resistance armies. Armed with an Autocannon for dealing with light vehicles, its high rate of fire and ability to ignore cover makes it a feared weapon for Scourge and Shaltari players. Alternatively the Patton can be armed with a Liberator Railgun. One of the best railgun variants around, this (admittedly points-heavy) upgrade is able to do crits on even the heaviest target!

Using a mix of fast moving buggies and heavy tanks the ground is covered, with air support to deal with dangerous threats. • Resistance use of improvised civilian vehicles also extends to the role of troop transport. When the Resistance need to move large numbers of troops in expendable vehicles they usually turn to the Battle Bus. Once civilian public transports, they are up-armoured and equipped with practical additions such as extra doors. In their basic unarmed state, these vehicles are plentiful and very easily replaced. However, if a little armed protection is required it’s not uncommon for mechanics to rig up a combat dais on the back of the transport. These have room for several gunners and weapons for either anti-tank or anti-air capability.

These large buses are a regular sight on the battlefield, and enemy commanders have become wise to the use of them. Their speed and damage output can be seen as predictable, and the enemy wait until the opportune moment to strike, dealing devastating blows to the Resistance fighters inside. Resistance pods are wising up though, and some commanders have been seen remote controlling these ancient vehicles through crude electronics. These buses are filled to the brim with explosives, offering their enemies a deadly surprise as what they assumed was filled with low armoured infantry turns out to be a Remote Bomb Bus. Often they discover too late and the resulting explosion leaves the enemy with little chance to update their tactics from beyond the grave.

The Bus chassis is quite large, and although it only has low Armour, its decent speed and 3 Damage Points still make it a formidable transport to deal with.

A Battle Bus can transport 4 units of Infantry, making it an excellent unit to bring in masses of troops. Try 4 units of Occupation Veterans for some potentially lethal anti-tank fire, or 4 Berserkers to make a mess of any infantry. The Battle Bus has firing ports for the infantry inside to fire from, meaning it can be used for drive-byes as well as being a regular transport. You can also choose to upgrade it with battery of Rocket Launchers or Heavy Machineguns!

The Remote Bomb Bus trades all of that transport capacity for a massive explosion! What this lacks in subtlety it makes up for in raw explosive fun. It only has one weapon, and once it uses it, it's destroyed. But that weapon? Wow. It's an Area weapon with Devastator-3 (All) which means basically everything is in trouble when it chooses to blow up. That said, there's a fairly decent chance that it will blow up if destroyed, so Resistance commanders should be careful in their deployment!

Contains 2 resin miniatures with the choices to make both as Battle Buses or Remote Bomb Buses. Also contains parts to upgrade the Battle Buses with Rocket Launcher Batteries or Heavy Machine Gun Batteries. These miniatures are highly detailed, approximately 60mm in length.

Resin miniatures supplied unpainted and unassembled. This kit will require cleaning and assembly, and could need some small holes filled.

This is sufficiently advanced to scan structures to assist ground troops in objective and intel searches as well as normal scout functions. By providing a clean intel feed to command elements, it can also be used to effectively hold positions by proxy, since an enemy cannot count itself secure while these tireless sentinels circle ahead.

The Mercury is normally carried into battle by the much faster Triton Strike Dropship. This can be equipped with a pair of heavy RN-5 'Skyhammer' anti-armour missiles, specially designed to work in tandem with the Mercury's sensor package. This transforms the Triton into a formidable anti-armour threat once it has delivered its pair of Drones to the frontline.

Mercury Scout Drones are unassuming choices in a PHR army, but can be absolutely invaluable to a savvy commander.

While they're lightly armoured - particularly by PHR standards - and not that quick (I'm doing a good job of selling these, aren't I?) their Scanner special rule is the big win here! They can make Scan actions as if they were a transport, and can move in the same round! • The beginnings of the UCM were bathed in fire and blood. The alien Scourge attack on Earth and the Cradle Worlds left humanity reeling. What was left fled to the Colony Worlds to lick their wounds for 150 years. Humankind toiled for that time, building a brand new army with emerging technology.

In this militaristic state, the United Colonies of Mankind was born. Gone were the lavish ways of old Earth, replaced by frugality and utilitarianism. Now, almost two centuries later, the UCM have arrived at Earth: the focal point of their Reconquest. With militaristic, utalitarian designs, their armies favour mass production and conservation of resources, keeping vehicles small and practical, though no less deadly.

This box contains a perfect small UCM army. With 6 tank-hunting Sabres, 6 anti-air Rapiers, and 12 bases of Legionnaires all in Bear APCs, you have a solid core for an army. All of these are brought to battle in 6 of the ubiquitous Condor Dropships, which provide astounding speed and survivability.

The army is led by a Commander in a Wolf LAV. This light vehicle has been designed for all types of terrain, providing a handy mobile base, made even more maneuverable due to its Titania Pattern Raven transport Dropship.

    This set includes:

Plastic Armour & Infantry: These multi-part hard plastic miniatures come on sprues for ease of construction. With easy-to-assemble pieces, you’ll have your army ready in no time at all. The Condor Dropships are fantastic miniatures, usable by most of the UCM army. Resin Command: The Wolf LAV provides UCM players with an inexpensive Command choice, cast in fine detailed resin. This miniature comes in two pieces, and fits into the Titania Raven, a redesign of the classic sculpt. UCM Fastplay Cards & Template: Designed to get you playing straight away, these cards contain rules for all the units in this box. There is also a quick reference card for the full rules, making gameplay easier, and a Dropzone Commander Blast template for any Area effect weapons you might want to use.

This set contains a bunch of useful tokens for paying games of Dropzone Commander.

Scan tokens and Reaction Fire tokens make keeping track of your actions easier than ever, showing which units have performed useful shooting or scanning for objectives.

The Battlegroup activation markers meanwhile are great for not only seeing which Battlegroups have activated, but also for identifying different Battlegroups. With five colours per pack, you'll be able to rearrange your Battlegroups on the fly before each game begins, and use your Auxiliary units in different groups depending on the situation.

Finally, the set contains a set of red dice which are ideal for counting Collateral Damage tokens on each building, simply counting up as the scenery piece sets on fire or starts falling down!
