Eagles are huge birds of prey, some able to lift off a whole goat using their massive wings. Recently, the eagles have also come to the call of another, a human blessed to carry the Mon of the Eagle clan.

Hiretsuna is an oddity amongst the Bakemono, selected by the Council of Shadows at a young age and marked for greatness. The Council have invested heavily in Hiretsuna and when the Kage Kaze Zoku agreed to train him their plans moved one step forward. His race’s natural affinity for subterfuge combined with his practised skills make him also impossible to stop, he is able to strike with pinpoint accuracy where his opponent can least afford.

After the great tsunami, many of Ro-Kan’s peasants had to turn from rice farming to other means of providing food. Most followed the Temple's proscription on eating meat but a few, mostly those living nearer to large cities, turned to hunting. Ichiro is old enough to remember the old rulers of the Jwar Isles and comes to fight when they call.

Another ranged option for Bastions of the Mountain, providing different abilities to tailor your list exactly how you want it. Ichiro also has a good support feat, vital for making your cheap peasants able to (maybe) hold their own versus Bushido’s best fighters.

Karu is the leader of a small but noble samurai family. His dedication to protecting his lands and following the honourable path may have gone entirely unnoticed by the world until three princesses of the imperial house were ambushed on his lands. After giving them aid and helping them on their way, Karu left to follow them to aid in their quest, not knowing if he will even be able to find them again.

Karu is a powerful samurai and his great Zanbato can do immense damage. The combination of Tireless and Bansai means he can charge into combat and still out activate the enemy. His Ki Feat allows for damaging or even killing multiple enemies at once.
