The armies and Grand Fleet of the Post Human Republic have completed their conquest of the Tlalocan Moons, annihilating most alien Scourge forces there. The PHR chose the system as a beachhead in this galaxy-wide conflict due to its vast resources but also for its ancient connection to a new foe- the Bioficers.
