The Fated are called to solve the murder of the town’s mayor, Hannibal Crowe. Multiple people have reasons to want the man dead, but who did the deed? An ongoing water shortage already has the citizens on edge, and suspicions are running rampant. As the Fated ask questions, they’ll peel away Innocence’s idyllic covering to reveal darker truths. Return to Innocence is a sequel to the Penny Dreadful In Defense of Innocence, but can be played as a standalone adventure. This is a four Act adventure is filled with mysteries, murder, and seedy political complexities for the Through the Breach roleplaying game. It requires a copy of the Core Rules to play.
