In Arcadia Quest, each player controls a group of Heroes joined together in a Guild. They will do battle with Fang’s minions and each other, completing quests and upgrading their team on the path to a climactic showdown with Lord Fang.

King Robert Baratheon is dead. And while his (alleged) son Joffrey sits on the throne, there are other Baratheons who have also made claim to the kingdom. Both Renley and Stannis Baratheon have laid claim to the Iron Throne and they are willing to fight to take it. House Baratheon might be internally divided, but their troops are still just as strong as ever on the battlefield.

The Baratheon Starter Set gives players everything they need to make their claim on the Iron Throne. It comes complete with a rulebook, dice, measuring sticks, stat cards, and miniatures to field a full army in the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Some of the most heavily-armored units fielded in Westeros, their heavy twohanded flails make enemy shields all but useless. Their reputation alone can cause enemies to break and run before the battle has begun. The Bolton Blackguards unit box gives commanders a terrifying new unit to employ on the battlefield. Heavily armored, the Blackguards' reputation and looks alone will cause enemies to make a Panic Test whenever they want to attack them in melee. Adding a Bolton Flayer unit attachment to the unit only increases their effectiveness, as they'll restore Wounds each time an enemy fails a Panic Test while engaged with them.

Most of the Free Folk's forces arm and armor themselves with whatever they can craft along the way to battle or steal off of their fallen enemies. The Thenn Warriors are different. They have forged their own bronze weapons and armor, making them the most heavily-armed troops in the Free Folk army. The Thenn Warriors unit box gives Free Folk commanders their arguably hardiest troops on the battlefield. Their increased armor has given them a sense of invulnerability, calling out Taunts to their enemies, causing charges to be targeted at them instead of other units. In the northernmost reaches of civilized land, the Night's Watch man The Wall, keeping Westeros safe from the wild things roaming beyond the Wall. The Builder Stone Thrower is an artillery piece that Night's Watch commanders can bring with them to battle. Extremely cumbersome to move, and poorly armored, the StoneThrower more than makes up for it in offensive power. The Thrower has no upper limit to its range, lobbing boulders over troops and terrain to land where needed. The Poor Fellows do not wear fancy armor. Their weapons are whatever was close by when they headed into combat. But enemy Commanders that discount their prowess in battle will soon find themselves overrun by fanatics. The Poor Fellows Unit Box gives Lannister Commanders a unit full of surprises on the battlefield. Having only moderate combat abilities, their true strength comes from passing Morale tests. That gives them a Faith token that can later be spent to deal direct Wounds to enemies. The unit also continually regenerates its numbers as the battle goes on, calling up new faithful to join their ranks each time they activate. The unit can be on the verge of destruction one turn, then swell back to full combat strength in a couple turns.

The Builders are the designers, engineers, and craftsmen that keep the Night's Watch stocked with arms and armor, as well as create and maintain the siege weapons along The Wall. But everyone in the Night's Watch must be ready to take up arms when a threat to Westeros appears, including the Builders.The Builder Crossbowmen unit box gives Night's Watch commanders a dedicated ranged unit for their forces. Not very swift and lacking heavy armor, the Crossbowmen are still capable of dishing out damage at a distance. Their regular attacks have Sundering, meaning that they can easily pierce enemy armor, while their Order allows them to get a free attack on any enemy foolish enough to try and charge them.

Far in the north of Westeros, The Wall protects the civilized lands from the dangers that lurk beyond. Manning The Wall is the Night's Watch. These discarded sons of Westeros have sworn to protect those that cast them out against any and all that might threaten them. Such conditions are harsh, and not many survive to become veterans. House Tully has long been one of House Stark's most stalwart allies. Now that the Direwolf has marched to war, every resource is being sent to field. That includes House Tully's Cavaliers, their heavily armed and armored cavalry. They are masters at the cavalry charge and can break enemy lines with ease. The Tully Cavaliers Unit Box for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game gives House Stark Commanders a new cavalry option for their forces. Equipped with heavy weapons designed specifically for cavalry, the Cavaliers gain multiple bonuses when Charging. Their Lances gain extra dice as well as gain Sundering, making the attack truly devastating. The Cavaliers are also able to regain lost Wounds when targeted by Maneuver space on the Tactics Board, meaning they can come back from the brink, even after enemies have made it through their formidable armor.

The Free Folk aren't necessarily fighting to place a representative on the Iron Throne. Though, they certainly would if given the opportunity. They are just trying to fight for an equal opportunity to live life like the southerners do. The Free Folk Heroes I box gives Free Folk Commanders a whole host of new options for their forces. The Free Folk are a rugged people, not very familiar with any forms of civilization. They aren't ones to settle down on land and farm. They get their meals through wits and wile, making traps and snares to hunt prey. The Free Folk Trappers unit box gives Free Folk Commanders a new option for their armies. Lightly armed and armored, the Trappers are well-versed at harrying tactics. Able to deal wounds directly to enemy units via their Hidden Traps order, they can greatly disrupt an opponent's plans. In all of Westeros, there are many a swordsman or woman who lay claim to be the best in all the land, but unless they were one of the seven of the King's Guard, that boast would most assuredly be simply hot air. When one makes their way into the Night's Watch, they aren't simply made a Sworn Brother immediately. While the organization has traditionally lax rules for recruitment, there is still a period where those that sign up are simply conscripts, being used where necessary to keep those south of The Wall safe. Eventually, if they survive, and with proper training, they will have the opportunity to join the Night's Watch proper. Speed is often the deciding factor in combat. The one that can get in a good, strong strike against their opponent will be at an advantage for the rest of the battle. The swift Ranger Hunters excel at lightning-fast strikes. Using either their short bow or their trusty daggers, they conduct rapid raids against enemies. However, that speed comes at a price in terms of armor. If caught in a protracted engagement, the favor quickly tips against them.
