There are few creatures as difficult to deal with as the Eternals of the Earth Domain. Possessed of an unfathomable conviction of their own perfection, these powerful elementals cannot be forced or cajoled, their innate arrogance makes them incredibly resistant to this type of overt manipulation. Their ego, though, does make them susceptible to flattery and subterfuge, allowing powerful sorcerers to lay traps for them to willingly blunder into. They are commonly used as guardians and protectors of key structures or locations simply so their summoner doesn't have to deal with their insufferable nature. When gainsaid, insulted, or god forbid, their perfect forms are damaged, they become infuriated, drawing on the very strength of the earth to renew their form and crush their foes.

The Ikons present a unique dilemma to your opponent, leave them unchecked and they will steadily tear enemy forces apart, or dare to challenge them and risk unleashing destruction capable of threatening even the greatest of heroes.

Tactically, their real strength lies in the way they force an opponent to overcommit. If the Ikons survive the initial assault, their retaliation can be brutal. When fielding them, use them as the crux of your battle line. Protect their flanks and, whenever possible, allow only one Enemy Regiment to engage them at a time. If your opponent overcommits, punish their exposed flanks. If they fail to bring the Ikons down, then the wrath of these elementals will be upon them.

Purposely cutting himself and letting it get infected;  attempting to use the venom from a captured spider to cure the wound when the Rent tore into existence. The glass jars all smashed as the arcane magics flooded into his laboratory. The insects now free, attacked Pietro and crawled into him through his mouth, nose and ears. Pietro began to scream in agony as his body mutated, growing insectoid appendages and morphing into a sort of hybrid.

This set contains The Entomologist, one of Venice's most cursed Citizens. Through a complication of Rent Magic and hideous misfortune, Pietro mutated into the monstrosity you see today.

Ludo Grimani is a sadistic, barbarous killer. A patrician who takes great pleasure in the hunt. The courtyard behind his palazzo has been converted to house hunting dogs that are purposely starved and turned into mindless beasts as well as a large holding cell where captives are held. His favourite past time, which he refers to as ‘sport’, is when he releases a captive into the city and then releasing his hounds to catch them. The streets resonate with the sound of barking and maniacal laughter, shortly followed by screams as the tortured prisoner is captured one last fatal time.

Seti the Kinslayer is a notoriously treacherous Shaltari who delights in slaughtering his own kind and, failing that, any “lesser” race. Once known as a ground commander, he now often helms his personal heavy cruiser, the Spear of Anubis, armed with two oversized torpedo tubes and a spinal thermal lance. A small onboard teleport chamber lets Seti drop planetside whenever void warfare bores him; he relishes battle’s smoke and blood firsthand.
He will join any tribe’s campaign if it promises enough carnage, though any starchief accepting his aid does so nervously. His already dark reputation has only worsened following the Brazilian incident and his brutal actions over Aaru in 2678.

The United Colonies of Mankind are still trying to grasp the advanced technological Armoured weaponry of Bioficers...

Bioficer main battle skimmers are sinister killers. Although slower than those of the Scourge and Shaltari, they are as heavily armoured as UCM tanks, more stable, and pack superior firepower.

The Tusk is their equivalent to a Colonial Sabre, if faster, larger, and tougher. Among its formidable weapon options are the Twin Barb Destructor, laser Scythes, and the dreaded Bisection Organ. The Tangent uses this chassis in the support role, mounting a Winnow Web or Barb Spitter for anti-air lethality, or a Quake Howitzer for indirect fire support. A command variant, the Calculi, mounts a control hood to direct bio-drones.

The Thorn is lighter, less durable, but twice as fast as the Tusk. These perform the hunter-killer role with evident glee, offering a Decon Stave, Lightmaw, or Ghost Circuit for slaughtering unfortunate prey. A scout variant, the Tenor, mounts a Gravitic Slingshot for several support tasks. 

The largest Bioficer skimmer yet encountered is the Terror. Its top turret is identical to the Tusk’s, with the same weapon options, but here they are merely secondary. A primary armament is mounted on a second, larger turret, packing either a Twin Therma-Cannon or Hyperscythe. A command variant, the Cortex, is often the chariot of choice for an especially fiendish Intelligence.
