The Akuma class features a potent cloaking tailfin to mask this lethal killer’s
approach. It can then unleash its considerable oculus-based firepower or manoeuvre
violently with no negative consequences.

The Shadow’s Magnetron Lash makes it a close-range, hyper-aggressive executioner, combining multiple abilities to deadly effect. This is in addition to the already lethal Plasma Tempest equipped by several other Scourge battlecruisers.

The Umbra is best employed in a rearguard support role. Its Oculus Booster enhances the scalding potency of friendly ship’s oculus weapons, making this vessel a true force multiplier when cunningly positioned. The Banshee also employs the cloaking tailfin of its sister class the Akuma, but favours enhanced close-ranged firepower. It also harbours two massive torpedoes poised to blast a vast chunk from any ship’s hull before injecting swarms of nightmarish Razorworms into the wound.

The first two classes, designated Devil and Beelzebub, pack twin batteries of Mega Plasma Lances, traversable weapons designed to slay the largest foes. The Devil adds to this killing power with considerable launch capability, while the Beelzebub forgoes some of this in favour of Furnace Cannons.

The scourge bring these mighty battleships that are hellish on the battlefield. The Beelzebub brings the might Furnace Battery, this weapon will Burnthrough the strongest armour and is the destroyer of these builds. Sacrificing firepower for launch assets is the Devil, the additional fighters and bombers giving the scourge great options to counter enemy launch assets. 

The final variant of these mighty battleships is the Lucifer, this ship is built for speed and and carrying capacity, to rain them onto the enemy.

The alien Scourge arrived on Earth with very little warning some 160 years previous. Within hours they had overwhelmed humanity’s defences and were well on their way to enslaving all of mankind with Scourge parasites implanted into their brains. With devastating plasma weaponry and lightning fast tactics, the defenders had little chance to counter.

Their ships are faster than almost any encountered, relying on searing oculus beams and deadly close action weaponry to eradicate any opponents before subjugating the remaining survivors. Silent and utterly alien, a human fleet can be deep within a Scourge trap before even realising they’re under attack.

Cruisers are the most common size of capital ship and form the backbone of almost every fleet fighting in the Reconquest. They offer an excellent and flexible combination of speed, firepower and versatility. The standard cruiser hull is so ubiquitous that its design has been redefined many times for a wide variety of roles.

The Daemon class battleship and its sister class the Dragon are undoubtedly the oldest designs of starships still in service with the Scourge navy, behind the rarely seen Super Dreadnoughts. Their segmented hulls and undulating forms are quite different from most modern Scourge ships and the extent of their pitting, battle scars and general ageing have resulted in dating estimates of between 500 and 2000 years old for some examples. The disturbingly organic prow of the Daemon class is laced with oculus weapons and tipped with a pair of furnace cannons, making these veteran slaughterers among the most potent ships the hated aliens have to throw at mankind.

Similar to the Daemon, the Dragon class battleship is a truly ancient behemoth that has weathered the centuries to visit devastation and misery on countless subjugated races. While the Daemon is equipped solely with conventional ship-to-ship weapons, the Dragon includes a pair of cavernous hangar bays, lairs for roosting fighters and bombers. It also carries a pair of enormous Scourge torpedoes - capital ship killing superweapons against which there is little defence save fleeing the Dragon’s inexorable advance.

Facing a single Scourge Dreadnought generally means death. These 2000 metre monstrosities prowl the void, hunting prey imperiously. They are one-ship fleets, the mightiest vessels that this hated enemy has to unleash. The Nosferatu class packs vast Oculus banks and terrifying close action weaponry. The Cthulhu’s colossal triple furnace cannon can bisect a battleship. If that wasn’t terrifying enough, both carry swarms of strike craft and have potent stealth systems. By the time an opponent is able to finally plot a firing solution, it’s usually too late.

Introducing the biggest ships that Dropfleet Commander has ever seen. The Scourge Dreadnought is the largest of all the Dreadnoughts, with its mass of tentacles coming in at 225mm from front to back!

Frigates are small, fast combat vessels designed primarily for flanking and first strike missions. They are the most common fighting ship type present in most fleets in the Reconquest. Some variants also provide vital support roles complementing the efforts of the main fleet.

Though tiny by warship standards, the Hiruko Boarding Cutter is one of the most feared vessels in the Scourge arsenal. UCM armies know all too well the horrors of close contact with the hated enemy, but naval staff rarely see the fangs, saliva, hate and evisceration in person. The Hiruko brings all manner of bio-nightmares into personal, bloody contact in a way only the Scourge can.
Almost uniquely, the Hiruko is designed specifically for ramming and more than that - to actually make physical contact with a target. Given the lethality of point-blank defence fire, this is always a one-way trip, so the Hiruko is equipped with a potent Plasma Torch and latching tentacles to quickly inject its savage payload into the bowels of the target. Beyond the rents torn by clashing tons of starship, it eventually spells doom for a ship of any size as its crew find their clean uniforms and shiny corridors painted crimson by the deadly boarding party - often made up of the most vicious close quarters Scourge hosts.

Cast in a single piece, the model has fine detail just so many tentacles. The Hiruko is fairly unique in Dropfleet, acting as a boarding vessel. Its ramming attack works like a ship much larger, firing the Plasma Torch on entry before disgorging its deadly cargo of Scourge monstrosities. The attack not only does great damage, but also causes Corrupter on the poor target's occupants.

The Nickar class hunter-killer is a small, atmospheric-capable vessel of sub-frigate tonnage. These nimble, fast ships are rightly feared by any enemy vessel that operates in atmosphere - this ship's favourite hunting ground. Armed with specialist plasma munitions, these deadly predators can easily destroy vessels larger than themselves such as strike carriers.

In the opening days of the Reconquest, this class was responsible for more Armoured Corps losses than ground actions. Thousands of men and vehicles were lost to hunter-killer incursions aboard their strike carriers before they even made it to the surface. Since these vessels operate in the relative safety of atmosphere, the best measure against them is corvettes - a lesson learned the hard way by the Admiralty who no longer discount such small ships in their battle plans.

Scourge ships of light tonnage are some of the fastest combatants in theatre and frequently pack a punch beyond their size. Packs of these slippery killers are rightly feared by experienced opponents, often above the more obvious might of capital ships.

Most excel at a particular brand of lethality but some offer specialist capabilities unique to them, such as the Parasite’s energy siphon or Hiruko’s direct and terrifying boarding capabilities.

Defence monitors are unusual ships for the Scourge, as they don’t conform to their aggressive tactics. As such, they have surprisingly few of them, leading some analysts to suggest that the Scourge were never expecting mankind to rally and strike back so spectacularly.
The Shedu class is actually a fairly typical monitor, offering the usual characteristics: low speed, high armour, high firepower. It lacks the ability to engage surface targets though, armed with a rare variant of
Oculus weapon technology, designed for engaging targets in higher orbital layers.
The Lamassu is little threat to attackers from without, but rather to invaders below. They are the smallest Scourge ships to carry bulk landers and are thought of as mobile, orbital barracks. During an invasion a Lamassu can drop thousands of troops whenever called upon. In order to support its charges, the Lamassu also features limited orbital bombardment capability, allowing it to soften up any landing zone that does have defences in place. During the Battle for Earth, orbital fire and incoming reinforcements from these otherwise innocuous small ships caught some UCM generals fatally unprepared.

This set contains 3 Scourge Monitors. These small ships are slow moving, and struggle to manoeuvre, but make up for that by targeting between Low and High Orbit without penalty, and having unparalleled armour for that size of ship.

This pack makes three ships, buildable as either Shedu class Monitors or Lamassu class Barges. The Shedu is a typical Monitor, with a slow Thrust and high armour (at least by Scourge standards), it has two uses, both as an offensive craft using its Occulus Beam Crest (2 Attack, 2 Damage and Scald), and as a support ship using its Detector special rule. The Lamassu fills a very unique role, as a slow moving lander. A tiny ship equipped with Bulk Landers, it makes a great surprise for your opponents in the mid-game, as the seemingly innocuous chassis gives way to heavy landing capability.

While the Scourge prefer to make additions to already existing infrastructure, sometimes capturing a planet means eliminating its existing orbital defences. In situations like these they will employ purpose built stations, the most common of of which are the Ephyra and Nematocyst. Though it is unknown to the UCM how the Scourge deploy them in orbit, none have been seen in construction, their presence alone means heavy Scourge occupation.

The Ephyra is the more numerous of the two, based upon rows of Oculus weapons, it seems the Scourge favour this more ubiquitous tech than other long range defensive weapons. Though not particularly dangerous at range, it's still enough of a threat for attackers to steer clear of. 

The Nematocyst is the long range specialist of these defensive stations. It's usually the first to fire upon any engaging fleet, and usually a priority target. Its Volcano Lance is capable of painting a ship with a beam of thermal energy, not unlike that of the Furnace weapons on Scourge ships. Though the power involved causes the station to be as visible as the ship it's targeting.

Space stations are integral to many scenarios in Dropfleet Commander - highly appropriate for the game's orbital combat setting!

The Battle for Earth was disastrous for the occupying Scourge fleet. With a staggering amount of ships destroyed, it was only a matter of time before reinforcements arrived. What the Triumvirate was not expecting was these ships to be so...new.

The Solar Wyvern is an updated variant of the standard Wyvern. Constructed in seemingly lower quality than those that took earth over 160 years ago, these cruisers are no less deadly. Wrecks captured by the UCM show that these cruisers are remarkably new, possibly no older than the start of the Reconquest.

The mainstay of the Scourge fleet has also been seen as a "Solar" variant. A Solar Sphinx is no less deadly than their ancient counterparts, though much less reliable in the long term. Something that doesn't matter as much when they're not expected to last long enough to need even a single refit.

These ships offer an alternate visual style but still follow the normal rules for the Scourge Sphinx and Wyvern cruisers.

No human settlement is safe from the encroaching Scourge, whether planetside or in space. The vile alien parasites will take over by force, turning the area into a hive of activity to support their continuing expansion. Parts of a space station will remain untouched, the Scourge either abandoning them or using them for their machinations, and others will receive modifications to better suit the needs of the creatures. Almost organic looking growths emerge, changing the very foundations of the station until it looks like a twisted version of its previous existence.

This set contains a lot of conversion parts for your Modular Space Stations. This resin upgrade kit will allow you to change your space stations to be under Scourge control. There are parts included that will fit on the already versatile Modular Space Station Pack, affording you almost unlimited potential to create warped, alien stations.

Unlike other races' Destroyers, the Scourge ships operate silently. More often than not, a Scourge Destroyer will not be detected until its too late, sneaking through the void before unleashing their devastating payload.
As a fighting ship, the Succubus has proven to be highly adaptable and capable. It is a troublesome opponent for capital ships and swarms of lighter vessels alike due to its numerous weapons systems. The Incubus is the sister class of the more common Succubus. It carries a more conspicuous armament; a single enlarged furnace cannon, a fearsome weapon capable of cutting to the heart of any adversary. The Revenant is one of the most feared of the Scourge destroyers, and for good reason. The class offers a range of options for dealing death, from conventional Oculus weapons, to powerful close action, to bomber capacity.

Continuing the Scourge aesthetic, these sleek ships have a squid-like design with varying prows to distinguish their classes. The set even comes with 3 optional Cloaking Crests, providing great protection until they're in the thick of battle. The Succubus is armed with a deadly duo of Oculus Beams, capable of destroying a Frigate in a single barrage. Meanwhile the Incubus has a tiny Burnthrough Furnace Blaster, although it's no less deadly than its larger cousins! The Wraith is the archetypal cutter: a small, fast hunter of already fast enemy scouts, outliers and support vessels. Currently, nothing the UCMF possesses can outrun a Wraith. Through the use of its siphon, the Parasite can drain excess hull energy from other ships and take it into itself, redirecting it to overcharge its Oculus weapons to cruiser-level
destructive potential.

This set contains 3 Scourge Cutters, all able to be built as either Wraith or Parasite variants. There are parts to build 3 ships, of either variant, for absolute Scourge carnage.

The Wraith Cutter is blisteringly fast, and not too shabby at shooting either! Like most Scourge, you have to get in close to best use it, but with a Thrust of 16", that won't be hard. Its Plasma Brand provides the Scourge with a Close Action (Beam) weapon, which turns this from an annoying ship to a potentially terrifying one. The Parasite Radiation Leech is a little weirder! Its Energy Siphon ability feeds on nearby Spikes, both friendly and enemy. The larger Spike you absorb, the more powerful your Occulus Rays will become; a squad of three can put out a potential 27 damage! Although they'll be lit up like a Christmas tree, so expect some heavy counter-fire if you ever manage to make that happen.

Despite their technological supremacy, it was inevitable that the Shaltari would incur losses during their constant interference in the Reconquest. The fleet stationed above Aaru contains patterns similar to the ancient Shaltari battleships, albeit at a cruiser tonnage.

The Aaru Basalt is a carrier of ancient design, though no less potent than its contemporary counterpart. Primarily seen above Aaru, these have been given the name as a way of differentiating ships of comparable role and performance. 

Also seen primarily above Aaru is a variant of the Emerald Mothership. Equally as old a design as the Aaru Basalt and just as rare. The tribes must be getting thin on ships if they're using ancient designs to hold a planet.

The Ruby class battlecruiser is a highly potent vessel designed for maximum firepower in a fast, sleek package. It is an excellent interdiction vessel, superlative in the arts of flanking sweeps and the annihilation of enemy supply convoys behind the lines.

The Sapphire class is a more specialised vessel conceived for disruption and close-range engagements. Its pair of ion storm generator banks can inflict crippling anti-shipping damage with the option for use in the orbital bombardment role. Additionally, its pair of gravity coils can hurl enemy ships off course.

The Goethite offers a useful a mixture of eldritch weaponry and launch capability. Its twin Hyperwave Cannons provide extreme firepower with lingering effect, allowing this technological marvel to slip away and on to the next victim before its prey dies. The Hematite is, for the Shaltari, an unsubtle and focused sledgehammer. Its single main armament, a quad battery of Thermal Lance Cannons, can focus a beam of incandescent fury into the heart of any ship, slaying it with ease.

This blister pack can be assembled as either a Diamond class battleship or Platinum class supercarrier. It features awesome interior detail of the flight deck, visible from the outside if assembled as the Platinum class. It is cast in exceptionally tough impact resistant resin and features extraordinary detail. 1:9150 (0.2mm) scale.

The Diamond Class battleship is a truly frightening spectacle. Stretching 1546 meters in length, this mighty vessel is one of the largest known battleships and an imposing figurehead for any fleet. Despite their rarity, more UCMF officers ranking Admiral or above have met their deaths at the hands of one of these leviathans than any other type of ship in the Reconquest. In addition to a pair of disintegrator banks, the Diamond’s primary armament is a triad of super particle lances. These vast weapons extend through half the ship’s entire length and are fixed in the forward arc, such is their unknowable mass. These monstrosities have the ability to scythe through any armour like butter, their beams frequently passing right through a capital ship. While their damage dealing ability is potent, their real strength lies in reliability – the certainty that the enemy will feel the Diamond’s wrath, no matter how well protected it is.

The Platinum Class shares the same basic hull design as the Diamond class, but its internal space and vast upper levels are dominated by an enormous flight deck, making this vessel a supercarrier by UCM reckoning. The Platinum class can unleash swarms of fighters and bombers in an unstoppable tide of destruction, in volumes and quality that few other ships can match. In addition (and like its cousin the Diamond) it also serves the secondary function of mothership, carrying a small number of ground troops to supplement surface landings. Their continued survival over the millennia is due in part to their scale, but mostly to the extended combat range granted by its strike craft, ensuring that finally ending one of these behemoths is a challenging task in the extreme.
