Since he’s a freelance operator, he can’t be hired or even contacted, but he’ll show up occasionally to offer his services in operations that may be of benefit to the Concordat’s secret agenda.

This box includes one Freelance Operator Samsa with Plasma Rifle. Provide your army with the services of a mercenary. And not just any mercenary, an infiltrator who can fulfill complete missions or eliminate any annoying enemy thanks to his dreadful fearsome Plasma Rifle.
