This unit has moderate stats, but is a perfect addition for players who like Unit Attachments, as their special rules let them take one for fewer points than usual. A warrior sister of the Fujiwaro, Ran has betrayed her sisters to join with Mari Jung for reasons unknown. A blur on the battlefield, her sai finding cracks in armour and hide alike to cripple foes with a whirlwind of keenly placed attacks.

The Roman Republic is coming to an end, but not before a power struggle between Caesar and Pompey. Players will command their legions, strategically deploying them to key battlegrounds to try and seize control of the provinces and become ruler of the republic.

Players draw tokens from a bag to determine their starting forces and to replenish their losses. Players allocate their resources to each province, gaining tactical advantages and vying for control of the republic.

Expansion for Dominations: Road to Civilization.

In Dynasties you’ll be allying yourself with your Nation's most prominent families, using their skills to make your Civilisation even more powerful. There are 6 Dynasties, which each great family being associated with one of Dominations' Knowledge Domains.

Each Age, you will be playing Dynasty cards. Each one of these cards represents a family member of a particular Dynasty – an individual of great prowess who will lend you their aid in leading your nation to glory! These cards set off powerful effects that can generate resources, victory points, (sometimes both!) as well as other effects that give you a big boost during your turns. Additionally, the order in which you play these cards over the course of the game is important, as it represents the Dynasty that will be leading your people through the Ages and you gain extra points by collecting sets!

When playing with Dynasties, you’ll be drawing Dynasty cards at the start of each Age and drafting them. There’s a deck of cards for each Age: I, II and III, each with exponentially greater abilities. Each player draws 4 cards and chooses one before passing the remaining cards to the player on their left. They then take the three cards from the player on their right and choose another card to keep. This is repeated one last time so that all players have 3 Dynasty cards in hand. All unused cards are then returned to the box.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. You're not sure which, but at least you've narrowed it down. You are rich with life experiences, but have had trouble trading them for goods and services so it's time to seek your fortune, or anyone's really, in order to achieve your dreams!

You have your sword, handed down through the generations, and your supplies packed. Polished your armor until it shone and distressed a damsel for good measure. You've recruited some recruits and hired some hirelings since who knows what the fifth direction will hold. You've put up a sign saying "Gone Adventuring" and, just in case, another sign saying "Beware of Dog" if people get any ideas. You saddle up your trusty steed and head into the sunset, hoping the mysterious fifth direction is all it's cracked up to be.

This is the 9th addition to the game of Dominion and has 400 cards, 6 mats, and 60 tokens. There are 30 new Kingdom cards, including the return of Duration cards that do things on future turns, plus Reserve cards that can be saved for the right moment. There are also 20 Event cards that give you something to buy besides cards, including tokens that modify cards.

This is the 3rd addition to Dominion. It adds new Kingdom cards to Dominion and as it is an expansion, you will need Dominion, or Dominion: Intrigue to play the game.

Times have been hard. To save on money, you've moved out of your old castle and into a luxurious ravine. You didn't like that castle anyway; it was always getting looted and never at a reasonable hour. And if it wasn't barbarians it was the plague, or sometimes both would come at once, and there wouldn't be enough chairs. The ravine is great; you get lots of sun, and you can just drop garbage wherever you want. In your free time you've taken up begging. Begging is brilliant conceptually, but tricky in practice since no one has any money. You beg twigs from the villagers, and they beg them back, but no one really seems to come out ahead. That's just how life is sometimes. You're quietly conquering people, minding your own business, when suddenly there's a plague, or barbarians, or everyone's illiterate, and it's all you can do to cling to some wreckage as the storm passes through. Still, you are sure that, as always, you will triumph over this adversity, or at least do slightly better than everyone else.

Dominion: Dark Ages is the seventh addition to the game of Dominion. It contains 500 cards but is not a standalone game. It adds 35 new Kingdom cards to Dominion, plus new bad cards you give to other players (Ruins), new cards to replace starting Estates (Shelters), and cards you can get only via specific other cards. The central themes are the trash and upgrading. There are cards that do something when trashed, cards that care about the trash, cards that upgrade themselves, and ways to upgrade other cards.

The world is big and your kingdom gigantic. It's no longer a kingdom really; it's an empire. Which makes you the emperor. This entitles you to a better chair, plus you can name a salad after yourself.

It's not easy being emperor. The day starts early, when you light the sacred flame; then it's hours of committee meetings, trying to establish exactly why the sacred flame keeps going out. Sometimes your armies take over a continent and you just have no idea where to put it.

And there's the risk of assassination; you have a food taster, who tastes anything before you eat it, and a dagger tester, who gets stabbed by anything before it stabs you. You've taken to staying at home whenever it's the Ides of anything. Still overall it's a great job and you wouldn't trade it for the world; especially given how much of the world you already have.

You are a monarch, like your parents before you, a ruler of a small pleasant kingdom of rivers and evergreens. Unlike your parents, however, you have hopes and dreams! You want a bigger and more pleasant kingdom, with more rivers and a wider variety of trees. You want a Dominion! You will bring civilization to these people, uniting them under your banner. Dominion: Intrigue adds rules for playing with up to 8 players at two tables or for playing a single game with up to 6 players. This game adds 25 new Kingdom cards and a complete set of Treasure and Victory cards. The game can be played alone by players experienced in Dominion or with the basic game of Dominion.

PHR destroyers are larger and bulkier than those of other races. Indeed, by UCM reckoning they could almost be classed a light cruiser. The Electra is armed with four heavy calibre mass drivers in two pairs. These massive guns are devastating when unleashed against large vessels, the Electra’s preferred prey. Its sister the Ariadne is laid out in a multi-role configuration more in keeping with typical PHR fleet doctrine. Primarily, it is an early stage planetary assault ship designed to compliment strike carriers.

The blockade runner is a type of ship almost unique to the PHR and a staple feature in their shadowy and mysterious operations. Although based on a destroyer type hull, blockade runners feature reduced armament in favour of expansive and powerful drives, making them abnormally fast. The Jason class is not poorly armed however, featuring as it does a pair of heavy mass drivers and especially advanced anti-atmospheric close action weaponry. The Odysseus is, unusually for the PHR, a very focused and inflexible design. Its only mission profile is high speed and low-observable insertion of bulk infantry formations, supplies and defence batteries to advance targets.

This set contains 3 PHR Destroyers, all able to be built as either Electra, Ariadne, Jason, or Odysseus classes.

With lots of options to choose from, PHR players are spoiled for choice on Destroyers! The ships have that classic PHR look, although with slightly wider backs then their Cruiser cousins, showing that these are fast and up-gunned! The Electra and Jason provide your typical Destroyer roles, The Electra with two sets of Twin Heavy Calibres (bye bye Battleships), and the Jason trading one set for very dangerous Kingfisher Drones. Meanwhile the Ariadne and Odysseus swap their underslung Twin Heavy Calibres for Bulk Landers, which offers a mixed approach, with decent weapons and fantastic drop ability.

The PHR’s new Harpocrates Lighter takes Post-human mastery of electronic warfare and builds a whole ship around it. It has a single role: to render a target ship deaf, blind and hobbled without firing a shot.

At close range only, its powerful EM field projection panels can be focused to lash an enemy ship so severely that its targeting systems wash out and its core goes into low yield standalone mode lest it collapse, forcing the drives to idle state. The only downside is that the collapse in the target’s warfighting stance makes it difficult to target, necessitating this as a specialist weapon for where preserving precious Republic souls matter more than reducing the enemy to scrap from afar.

This set contains 6 PHR Harpocrates Guerrilla Lighter. With smooth armour and technical EMP plates, it's very obviously PHR!

Cast in a single piece, the model has fine detail and large plates reminiscent of Dropzone's Erebos walker. The Harpocrates does one thing, and one thing very well: shut down enemy ships. Its EM Warfare Suite does no damage, but forces an opponent to go on Silent Running, effectively shutting down its movement and weapons. Ouch!

THE AGAMEMNON CLASS BATTLECRUISER

The fearsome Agamemnon class battlecruiser features a double-decker, full length mixed mass driver broadside with the potential to lay waste to multiple foes with imperious ease. However, the class lacks any meaningful firepower on the front quarter, making it best employed in the heart of an engagement. This contrasts with the excepted role of battlecruisers in the UCM, where flanking, hunting and avoidance are crucial. PHR battlecruisers seem to be laid out to be an efficient broadside platform, where superior toughness can be expected to get these lethal ships to the heart of any engagement.

THE PRIAM CLASS BATTLECRUISER

The Agamemnon's sister class, the Priam, is often tasked with destroying large groups of enemy light vessels and merchant shipping, making its role closer to that of traditional battlecruisers. It is equipped with an extensive light calibre broadside and cavernous launch bays the equal of a Bellerophon heavy carrier. Since lighter ships with poor point defence are particularly vulnerable to bombers, this supports the ship's primary role. In addition, the ability to throw up an enormous swarm of fighters allows Priam to protect friendly ships, often the lighter escorts that may accompany it on interdiction missions behind enemy lines.

A full year before the Scourge invasion, an alien artifact known as the White Sphere crashed to Earth. An artifical intelligence beyond any witnessed before, it quickly took over control of the planet’s

communications, sending out a message to every person. It warned of a calamity from space, and encouraged humanity to flee, giving themselves to the White Sphere in exchange for technology they could only dream of, technology enough to save them.

Literal days before the alien Scourge devastated humankind, those who heeded the White Sphere’s warning left Earth. Firing on their pusuers, the Abandonists jumped away into unknown space, following the AI’s directions. This act of rebellion forever tarnished them among those who remained.

150 years after their retreat, the Abandonists returned, changed beyond measure. Now known as the Post-Human Republic, they appeared with vastly superior technology, and a symbiotic relationship with their machines, protected in thick gleaming armour, and toting massive broadsides on their fleet.

This box contains an entire PHR Battlefleet, with (almost) everything you’ll need to raise a fleet for your games of Dropfleet Commander. This set contains a mix of plastic and resin ships, which provide a solid core for your fleet and some more advanced ships to fill particular roles.

The plastic Cruisers and Frigates can be assembled in dozens of ways, each with a very specific place in the fleet. From the broadsides and Twin Supernova Lasers of the Hector Heavy Cruisers, all the way down to the Advanced EDM Suites of the Calypso Frigates.

Cruisers are the most common size of capital ship and form the backbone of almost every fleet fighting in the Reconquest. They offer an excellent and flexible combination of speed, firepower and versatility. The standard cruiser hull is so ubiquitous that its design has been redefined many times for a wide variety of roles.
